I stopped today to eat. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes and no one was at the counter so I left and went to Jimmy John's. Subway Leitchfield has sucked for a long time. I give up on them here on out!

5 staff members standing behind the counter and 2 working. Line out the door and no one person acting like they care. Store is nasty and had to clean out table to be seat down.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! Their management is poor, been there 3 times In the last couple weeks and everytime I go they have been out of everything I want on my sandwich, and out of tea! Yet I still had to pay $22 for my sandwiches that had nothing but meat and cheese.

Was on a trip home from visiting family, and was hungry. Stopped at this location and I was greeted immediately but very quickly saw that my sandwich "artist" was new and inexperienced and received no help. Asking a lot of questions and not understanding most of it. A guy came in after me and after he came in I was completely ignored. I'm pretty sure I was overcharged, almost $40 for a sandwich, 2 pretzels and 2 drinks. I didn't bother asking them how it was $40 because I felt disrespected and annoyed. I just wanted to get out. The employees were on their phones and showing each other stuff instead of taking care of their guests. The employee taking care of me rudely told me to "have a blessed day" and I took the hint that she wanted me to get out. I got my drinks and almost fell because someone had spilled something and they didn't place a wet floor sign. Won't be back.

Only giving 3 stars cause the customer service was terrible, first thing first the customer service was terrible when I walked in the girl behind counter never greeted me or said be with you in a min, (she was helping another costumer) nothing not a smile anything she looked like she didnt want to be working, other then that my sandwiches I ordered was delicious and made perfect, I ordered on the app and was ready when I got there

Ordered a six inch sub a couple of times.. Received 4 shaved slices of ham and same with cheese. Lots of lettuce though to make up for skimpy ham and cheese. Service was ok.Not worth the buck.Will not go back. Surprised they're still in business. I go at rush hour and usually 1 to 2 cars there. Pretty saf.

Our Subway in Leitchfield Ky has a new policy? When I ordered a six inch ham on flatbread, I got three thin pieces of ham. I used to get six pieces of thin ham. I asked why did I only get three pieces of ham. The employee said it was three pieces on a six inch and six pieces on a foot long. That’s not how it used to be. She said they were getting on to them about food. You can look up info about Subway and in their own video it shows six pieces on a six inch and twelve pieces in a foot long. As much as everything costs these days, they should not be cutting back. We won’t be going there anymore.

Had the weirdest experience, we walked up to the door and the employee locked it right in Front us without saying anything at 4pm on a Monday??? There was people in the lobby and a few cars in the drive thru. Reviews go back six years of bad customer service. How is this place in business? It looks super sketchy too, better to avoid the area.
