Always out of ingredients. I ordered a Subway sub.They didn't have roast beef to make the sandwich.When I asked the guy about that, he said they may have some frozen in the back.No olives,no cookies,always something.

Since the COVID lock down was over I've been to this location 27 times counting tonight. Only 3 of those times did they actually have meatballs. If you are wanting anything with meatballs on it, you are better off to find a Subway in another town. Brownsville's Subway is typically pretty solid. If anyone is looking to open a Subway near the Leitchfield area but was afraid there wouldn't be enough business, have no fear, you'd put this one out of business in 6 months.

On Saturday before I had to clock in I got me and my friend and her husband food so I could eat before going to work my friend husband didn't get the sub he wanted he asked for the boss and he wanted to add steak to it the guy didn't put meatball on it at all. And when I went to work when it got closer for me to get off work I got pulled in the back and got fired all because I Apparently i stole three bag of chips when I didn't, I tried paying for it but the employees told me I could do it. Honestly their is employees that steals food but they can keep their job.

I ordered off the app I got the chicken bacon ranch toasted on Italian Herbs and Cheese and it was exactly the way I ordered it. It was amazing I did get the foot long and I could only eat half of my sandwich and my fiance ate the other half the next day for lunch. He got the bmt toasted on whole grain bread and his sandwich was also exactly how he ordered his. They was delicious good job subway.

They refuse to honor their own deals on their website when their website won’t work correctly! I’m glad there is a jimmy John’s in town now! This is exactly how you destroy your own business and it shuts down. Great job letting teenagers run your business, instead of an adult who cares whether you retain customers. Bye bye Subway!

Sit there waiting for my food when I order off the app sitting there for 40 mins straight said our order was ready when it wasn’t so we went in then they started fixing it this shouldn’t be like that

Unfortunately not my favorite location. Sandwich was still cold even after having it toasted, over seasoned my sandwich (SO much pepper, drink mix was off on both the coke and Dr Pepper, and gloves were not changed between us and the customer in front of us.

By far the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Ordered my food the bread was like a brick, they was out of provolone cheese, ordered a coke and then went to get it and she said oh we’re out of it. Then why did you sell me a coke if you’re out of it. Worse experience I’ve ever had. The sandwich making area was a total mess
I stopped today to eat. I waited in the lobby for 10 minutes and no one was at the counter so I left and went to Jimmy John's. Subway Leitchfield has sucked for a long time. I give up on them here on out!
