I tried it once a couple years ago, it was horrible. I figured it has been awhile we'll try again. Mistake, between chewy stale tortillas, beans that were so dry it was like eating peanut butter and non existent meat that we even paid extra for, no thank you. Never again.

One of b the best locations. Most of the time, I order through the mobile app and pick up on my lunch break. It is always done when I get there and it is really good. The vegan options are awesome!! Thebstaff is always friendly no matter how busy or what time of day.
The rest of my family enjoyed it. I would have too if my son didn't end up with my food too. Lol they were extremely fast and the order was correct. Seems to be a rare occasion for fast food restaurants anymore so I'm always pleased to see it's correct.

I normally am not one to write a bad review but tonight I went to tacobell in leitchfield kentucky because I am pregnant and was craving it, needless to say I am extremely disappointed, the person who took our order was very sweet but everything we got was extremely old and poorly put together. We spent nearly 40 dollars and got food that was so stale we could barely chew it. Please for the love of God get better management or train your employees better because this happens all of the time at this location.
