This was my first time visiting this Wendys location. It was also my first time ordering a burger from Wendys & I was highly disappointed. I ordered no mayo and still got mayo. The burger itself just...wasn't good. Kinda thin & bland. Nothing special.
Received no crackers for the chili. They said they were out. Chili was O.K. I guess. Kind of an odd spice to it that I don't remember it having (back when I lived in Louisville, the Wendys there). Won't be back.

This is a disgrace to Wendy's. Got a Freestyle machine and it doesn't work. I've seen signs saying they're out of fries. Advertises a caramel frosty and they don't actually got it. May Dave Thomas haunt this place

Love this place food is always nice and hot and if they mess up an order they take full responsibility for it. Also they have some awesome workers there very nice and hard working.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for the sidewalk right infront of the door.
Wendys is my favorite fast food. But since I moved to leitchfield ky, the wendys here is the worst. 4 out of 5 times they get my order wrong or the fries are cold.

In desperate need of new management. I should have read some reviews before I stopped there, but I assumed that all Wendy's were professionally owned and managed. This one, maybe not so much. As you walk up, you are welcomed by a glass door that is decorated with the hand prints of customers. I'm not a forensic expert, but my guess is the front doors had not been cleaned in days if not weeks. I should have turned away then because it wasn't any better when I entered. THERE'S NO EXCUSE FOR THIS STORE TO BE SO DIRTY!

The food was not bad, but the service did not make me happy not only was my food not correct but I had to listen it back twice for them to get it correct I think the staff at this particular Wendy’s could use some lessons in following directions of the order placedand paying closer attention to detail, but the manager Brandon is amazing and apologized for his staffs behavior. I would definitely go back to Wendy’s again, especially since it is my favorite fast food.
Kid-friendliness: A good place to treat the kids out to lunch or dinner some evening or afternoon and for a treat if they’re good a classic chocolate or vanilla Frosty is the perfect way to cool down on a hot Summer day and children love the food at Wendy’s at least mine always did.

I asked the cashier to mix coffee and a frosty and she looked at me like I was frickin' stupid? Like I paid for it.... she was obviously inebriated heavily and was slurring and slowly walking.... i shouldve just left.... like I understand its a Wendys but like that was ridiculous....

Used to be good quality restaurant. Here lately the food isn't warm enough, they are understaffed and the restaurant itself has trip hazards and needs cleaning a little better.

This Wendy’s is the worst I have ever been too. Waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to tell me they aren’t fixing the item except for breakfast time when on the sign it says available all day.It’s not the first time I have waited at this Wendy’s for an extended time at the drive speaker when no one else was in line then when you get to the window the workers are standing around talking.I will be filing a complaint with corporate also. This Wendy’s store used to be great.

This Wendy's is hit or miss I will say my last visit was better than most. My fries were forgotten in drive thru. When i return to window cashier apologized and made me a fresh order and upgraded the size of fries
