Came in store tonight for a delivery order.waited 15 mins for order.I really don't know where to start. Honestly who ever the cashier was, didn't know what they were doing, unfriendly not even say hello to the customers. A person that was waiting to order walked out after he waited 10 mins to be waited on. Then I witnessed the manger put meat down on grill she had gloves on stuck them in water and replaced with new gloves. The cashier went and got her meat And when the cashier just started making fries with the same glove.. This restaurant has went down hill in the last few years. I wouldn't not eat here or recommend it to anyone

Stopped in while on a road trip and was pleased! It’s a good Wendy’s! The inside/dining area was pretty clean. The cashier was very friendly and sweet, and let us know that they were making new nuggets so it would be a minute but not to worry, and to watch out because they’d be hot! They had one of the big soda machines that can dispense alot of flavors too, so my friends got some fun drinks! We liked this Wendy’s!

Ordered a sweet tea with 4 lemons & no ice, tea wasnt sweet, had 0 lemons in it, and still had ice in it. Terrible customer service, even worse reading comprehension.

If I could give this place a -0 I would. I had went with my fiance and children yesterday for dinner and we placed an online order and were left waiting almost an hour for our food. When we were given our food it was just placed on the counter and our name was not called to pick up the order, Our food was also cold. This Wendy’s had very poor service. The staff is very careless and rude.

I just stood in the lobby at the counter with my child for over 10 minutes, waiting to place an order, literally making eye contact with employees who would not otherwise acknowledge our existence. After being ignored for so long while watching others get served in the drive-thru, we got back in the car, went through the drive-thru, and got our food. Then we parked and went back into the lobby to eat. Totally insane.

Servers were very nice and polite. But the younger ones seemed to be quite forgetful about orders and drinks. The adult woman did her best to apologize for them and fix the mistakes quickly. The adult woman taking our order is the only reason I gave as many stars as I did.

Manager was rude when the order was being placed, order was messed up and the lobby was locked even though there were at least 5 or 6 people working. Will be awhile before we go back there, especially since the huddle house can remain open even if there are only 2 or 3 people working. Explain that.

Stopped here to eat and use the restrooms. These restrooms were the nastiest I have ever seen. There were panties on the floor and poop and pee all over the place. This particular Wendy’s is shared with the a shell gas station. Both businesses share the restrooms and of course employees from both were blaming the other for the upkeep of the bathrooms.
