I have never been so disappointed.. everytime we go to this Wendy's in Leitchfield the food is subpar.. This time however I can't be quiet.. The LARGE frosty is a joke.. the cups get smaller and the price goes high and higher.. its ridiculous.. The drive thru staff are always kind and helpful but the food is shameful.. The price for these 2 unfilled Frosty u may ask.. $6.98 and for reference this picture is next to a regular size spoon..

It was lunch time. Wouldn't take cash. Coke machine was broken. Water all over the floor from ice machine. No lids for drinks, which is a problem for drinks to go. No ketchup cups or packets. Food was slopped together and fries were cold. I don't believe I will ever go back in this particular location.
I was scared to be in the restaurant. Wanted to do the drive through, started to order but about 5 minutes in to me ordering I was asked to come to the first windowThen asked if I could come in and I obliged. The guy said he just was in the middle of firing an employee. I go in and there was words exchanged between the manager who asked me to come in and the employeeThen I ordered but got no receipt after I asked for it.Then police show up.Very scary. Just trying to get dinner for my family

Honestly, clueless! This is the third time that I've tried to stop and grab something to eat here and have waited so long I've just walked away! I always stop at the Shell station when traveling to Western Kentucky. I don't know if it's bad timing or there is no process or thought put into place about running this restaurant! save yourself the frustration and choose somewhere else to eat unless you have a lot of time to waste

This is not an upscale Wendy's. I did not like the soda dispensing machine. This was a Saturday night and they were out of a lot of things. A very small place connected to a gas station. I had a chicken salad, which tasted very good.Parking: There were a lot of cars there due to it being connected to a gas station. we wanted to do the drive-up window but was unsure about how to get to it so we walked in to place our order.

The deep fryer was broken no chicken products were available not able to order the actual food that we wanted because they couldn't prepare it so we had to settle for something that they did have available and then it took forever to get the food that we ordered also ordered three drinks with our meals they gave us one and we had to remind them that we needed the other two we will not be going back to this particular Wendy's in Leitchfield Kentucky ever again.
