I don’t have any stars to offer but I had to select one. Received a free large pizza from my previous order taking so long to be delivered haha what a joke. Ordered my food at 7:12pm got a notification delivery would be at 24-34mins. An hour later at 8:09 I get a text notification that it would be delivered at 8:36pm. I call at 8:27pm to request to cancel my order because my kids can’t wait to eat dinner any longer and they canceled no problem. No apology. Nothing. Canceled so easily 10mins before my delivery is suppose to be there tells me I wasn’t getting this food until midnight. Ridiculous. Will never order from Leitchfield Pizza Hut again.

Their deep dish supreme was the best pizza I've had in a long time, and top 10 of all time! Wendy was working up front and she was very friendly, the restaurant was spotless (which is an accomplishment when you're in an older building), and the pizza was perfect. Sorry Dominos and Papa John's, y'all have lost me for good.

This was a weird experience.
The manager asked me to wait before ordering so she could count and divide all the tips(they didn't close for at least 3-4hrs?). They're a dine in restaurant with carryout, but they informed us that they just place all orders as carryout(if you want to dine in that's fine, but it'll all be in a carryout container at the table). They apparently haven't had a buffet "in a while". Fountain drinks aren't a thing anymore.
The food was okay. Flavor was okay, but grease dripped through everything onto the tables, and we all had stomach pain from said grease by the time we left.
The place was EMPTY. Screaming is the preferred means of communication between employees, and when two people came in to see if the manager looked over their resume, someone answered, "give it at least another week. She hasn't even looked at your resume yet." I wasn't eavesdropping, I was at the other side of the restaurant. They literally were just that loud.
I don't think they've thoroughly cleaned the whole restaurant in a long time. They seem to just spot clean as needed. We didn't even know where to put our garbage, because all garbage cans had garbage piled so high above the can that you risked everything falling down onto the ground.
My husband said, "we're never coming back here, " multiple times.

It has been years since we ate here. I ordered online. Wings were ok. We eat wings all over and they weren't the best or worst. Pizza and pickup service was great! We will be returning!

This pizza hut has come a long way since I moved here 6 years ago. I used to not even want to go in this place. New owners and new staff later it's a legit place to take your family to dinner. Food is good. Staff is friendly. They even sat and colored pictures with my kids one night for a few minutes and put cartoons on the TV for them. So all in all it's a nice place to have a meal.
