They need to either hire more people or the ones they have might want to work faster. Every time you come here the line does not move and you're here at least 30 to 40 minutes for one stupid coffee..

Really disappointed in how this 7 brew has let themselves go in the past year. It used to be absolutely fantastic service but I guess every employee that worked here over the summer has been let go or quit and every drink I have had since then has been an incorrect order. I understand it's hard to start fresh with an entirely new crew but at the very least I expect my order to be correct. Won't be coming to this location anymore. I kept coming back hoping for it to get better as the employees got better training but it feels like a lost cause at this point. I have had multiple drinks with incorrect flavors, I was given 1 espresso shot in a large cup once when I asked for a triple 7 with flavoring, and I'm not sure what the miscommunication is when I even have the order read back to me from the iPad and still I am given the wrong drink. Definitely need more communication on how to make drinks to order at this store.

I stop here four times a week, every day before work. My coworkers and I were really excited for the 4-for-$16 deal today (12/10/25). I was in charge of collecting everyone’s orders and bringing them in.
Halfway through placing the order, the employee told me the deal doesn’t start until 7 a.m. — it was 6:10. At that point I had to either cancel everything and disappoint everyone, or pay full price and take the loss myself. Nowhere did I see anything stating the deal started at 7.
Unfortunately, this was frustrating enough that I’ll be switching to the new coffee shop that opened a mile down the road. I’ve been a loyal customer, but this experience really missed the mark.

I love 7 Brew don't get me wrong. The only problem with 7 Brew is the coffee is more expensive than starbucks.

Yet this one girl always takes my order and puts it as a medium anyway... like girl ur making me pay for a medium and i ASKED clear as day for a small. So im wasting yalls product too lol

Giving a 1 star for service and customer care. I work 12 hour shifts in the hospital during the week. Went to 7brew the day after my birthday and was denied my free drink. I was really looking forward to it since it was after working all week at the hospital. I wasn’t mad, but genuinely curious as to why they wouldn’t at least let me have it the day after, both Starbucks and Dutch bros give you 30 days! I asked the manager (Natilie Bowman) on duty and she was extremely rude and dismissive about it, I think that she was expecting a fight from me, but I was really just curious about why it’s their policy since every other coffee shop has a grace period. I work way too hard serving other others in the hospital setting, And no matter How hard of a time that my patients are having, I know I always provide very genuine care to them. I truly believe that 7brew is Way too overblown and the staff is very young and Unfortunately, isn’t very good with customer service. Will not be seeing me again, And will keep my service with Starbucks and Dutch Bros.
