8/25/24 My husband and I came here for the first time as we are having it for a dessert. Andy’s is a fantastic spot for ice cream! We ordered the James Brownie Funky Jackhammer with hot chocolate fudge, and it was absolutely delicious. This place is either a drive thru or a walk up to the window as they don’t have a sit down option. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who got my order out quickly. Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth!

The staff is great and the ice cream sorry "custard" is great too. But I find it ridiculous that I now have to wash my pants, shirt, and car because it isn't in the line up to get a less than 5 cent lid for your 20 dollar a quarter ice cream. I mean it melts fast and I never dreamed it would be handed to me in an overflowing cup with nowhere for it to go but the floor or my person. I guess that's employees revenge for having to work a low paying crap job as a corporate slave like the vast majority of the rest of us. Anyway I'm off to do laundry now. Never again.

Always love Andy’s, but this is my first time at this location and they were wonderful!!! Could definitely tell they have a superior product and exceptional staff!
The custard was melted at window and my 3 year old could have made it better. It wasnt bad taste but i wanted frozen custard not melted. Plus its very pricey for what u pay. Not too happy

Last Saturday night (9:30 pm), the woman working the register was a poor example of an Andy's employee. Speak up! Don't make me ask you to repeat yourself repeatedly. Instead of fawning over the manager, pay attention to your job. You were rude. You ignored me when I was talking to you. The sundae was great. The service from this one individual was not acceptable.

Forgot to give my change from cash transaction. Failed to make my order, multiple people got theirs before me. Lied to me said they were working on it. Lied to me said they did not make it cause they ran out of custard as multiples custard orders were going out before mine. Asked for my money back, they couldn’t grasp the concept. Kept asking do you want your custard, no, I’d like my money back. Do you want your custard, no, I’d like my money back. At least 3 times if not 4. Horrible experience, wasted 20 minutes of my life.
