Great service and great hot food I just am not happy with Arby's beef anymore. Their buns are no longer nice and soft they're very chewy and have no flavor. But I have to give this restaurant a 5 out of 5 because of service was amazing!
My order was wrong twice in the drive thru. I saw the line was building up behind me. I asked if I should pull ahead to wait. I pulled ahead but was blocking the exit so I let the person behind me out then backed back up thinking my order would be ready. The manager came out with his voice raised telling me not to back up in the drive through. I told him I was getting out of the way to keep the line moving. I went inside to complain of his rude behavior. Instead of an apology he kept saying in a sarcastic manor 3 times in a row “Have a good day”. I feel sorry for the owner having a manager act like a disrespectful brat running their business.
