The service was fine the establishment was clean but the chicken tenders were some of the worst I have ever seen. How is I can stop at a little gas station and get huge juicy real chicken tenders for $6 with wedges. I stop at Arby's and the combo is $11 and these are some of the worst chicken tenders I have ever seen. Should have called them chicken grissle wasn't anything tender about them. My dog had trouble chewing them. On top of that they was small. It just blows my mind I got tenders from KFC a week ago and they were the same little tough tenders with hard breading. How can these little gas stations do so much better cheaper than a national chain like Arby's.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a Turkey, Bacon Ranch combo. Brandon was the person who waited on me. Wanted to let you know that he was very nice and gave I contact when he spoke. The station was K01, register 3 par. I would definitely recommend this place. Great job Brandon.

I go into this store cause it's close to work. Every time you go in there they have no ice in the machines. Then today I get my sliders and they are all smashed up into a ball. Staff there needs to be retrained or let go. They have no pride in there work and it shows

Went to the drive thru since McDonald's & Wendy's was packed. Soon found out why they were busy & this place wasn't. Nobody in the drive thru when I got there. The car behind me got their food first. If I had went to McDonald's, even with the long line, I would have been served and been halfway done eating in the time Arby's gave me my order.

I went through the drive through and ordered jalapeño bites and a Diet Coke. The employee taking my order was not courteous... no thank you or smile,
.. I had to reach into the window to get my order because he would not extend his arm in the rain mist. After driving away, I discovered there was no ice in my drink, and it was almost completely soda water. At that point I couldn't go back to exchange it.

Daytime is decent service with good food
It declines majorly at night
I pulled up one hour to close and it was already nearly closed with no food ready and a long wait and being the only one in line with a small order

1st time at Arby's..very convenient, across the street from Sleep Inn. LONG line of patrons upon entering restaurant! One cashier!! Several employees in back but none were instructed to open another register. I had the Rueben Sandwich and my husband had the Double roast beef and mozzarella sticks. There was soo much fat in the corned beef. 🤮 The roast beef and mozzarella sticks were good. Cherry turnovers were good!

Food was good. Love the original roast beef sandwich. A little stingy with the fries. And the manager is the one who put them in the bag.

Ordered a $8 brisket sandwich that looked and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 2 days. We will not be returning to this Arby's.
