Sandwiches were just slap together over sauces and and over cheese. When I was trying to place my order through drive thru girl taking it didn't give me time to finish it before cutting me off then she got a attitude when I said I wasn't done.

Manager with the bad attitude and horrible arm tattos is about as bad as you can get. You can feel the unhappiness radiating off the other employees under his leadership. The rest of the staff and line was great, as well as the food. Other than for breakfast that he never works I won't be back until he is gone.

How do you manage to overcook a bun for a roast beef sandwich and since you overcooked the bun why aren’t your employees smart enough not to serve the bun.
I go out of my way to come to this specific Arby’s. Food is always hot and fresh and employees are kind. As a general manager of a restaurant myself, i definitely give credit where it’s due!

Not only was there plastic in my sandwich, there was hair too. When I called, the manager said there's nothing I can do because I assure you there was not plastic and hair in your sandwich. I own a small business ik we all make mistakes but to call me a lier when I have the recite and no reason to lie. I had just ordered it within 15 min of calling.

Yum yum so hot and tasty. They asked me 2 times what sauce I wanted and still didn’t put it in the bag. Sad to get home and have no sauce. On the other hand I was thrilled to find out they still have a chicken cordon blue sandwich. It was delicious.
