I normally do reviews but how can someone mess up a whole order up
Ordered two meals double but i received two single
Everything was cold and old
Ordered two drinks and both was flat
Ordered a chocolate shake but got a steak and it wasn't even a milkshake

2025-01-20 The staff was very friendly. The fries were hot and crispy but the bun on the sandwich was not fresh. It was about 10° outside and there was no heat in the building except for a small household style heater plugged in in the middle of the dining room. It was probably around 40° in the dining area. One could forgive a broken heater if it just happened, but there was no heat when we were there a few months ago when it wasn't as cold outside so it appears they have no plans of fixing it.

I warn anyone going here at night through drive thru. Staff amazing, food amazing. But as u pull forward and turn right there is a huge pot hole that could fit two basket balls in. I bottomed out. Scared the crap out of my kids. Spilled my drinks from the jar. I was so upset, we all was. I will not be back for a long time. Not unless I dine in.

BEST cheeseburger from any fast food chain. The quality is too notch. It is a thick gourmet burger. I highly recommend it. I love the lettuce that they use. I hope they keep them on the menu.

Food was great as always the service was OK but could have been better they would not give me just a cup of ice I had to purchase a extra drink just to get more ice and the front of building was hot suggest the pickup line if u want roast beef

Out of ice. Soda machine didn't work. Shake machine didn't work. Smelled like a dead animal was hidden in the walls or ceiling. Food was old, not made fresh. Bathrooms had actual human feces in and on places it shouldn't be. Staff was the only redeeming quality this place had. I'll definitely go to a different Arbys next time.

I asked them to cook me fresh fries , they made us pull to the front in our food was still cold, the fries tasted like they just redropped them in the grease, I'm very disappointed seeing we was the only customers in the drive through.
Work nearby and been there a couple of times now with the air conditioning apparently broken.

2nd week in a row of no Dr Pepper and dude in back was touching food with bare hands. Eww. Only wearing one glove but touching everything with both hands. Management needs to be replaced.

The root beer float was not prepared correctly making it run out on our laps. Flat lid. Very small amount of soft serve. Kids don't get it.
