Worst Arby's location I've ever been to! Would give 0 stars if possible. We waited at the drive thru window for 20+ minutes, they had to ask us what we ordered twice after we paid & still got our order wrong. We literally got two beef & cheddar meals, nothing difficult. The staff are extremely unprofessional & rude as well, they huffed and puffed at us every time they had to ask us what we had. When we finally got our food, the fries were stone cold (they only gave us one small fry when we should have had 2 medium fries with the meal) & the sandwiches looked VERY hastily thrown together, very gross looking, all cheese on one side, meat & bread very cold etc. We didn't have the time to go back after already waiting so long. Do not go to this location unless you go inside and hive time for them to remake your order, or risk wasting your money

Went to purchase my wife dinner when pulled up to speaker to order in drive thru the worker acted like it was a problem to take our order. I then proceeded to the window handed them a hundred dollar bill and she felt the need to roll her eyes and tell me they cant take a hundred which I understand but could have been done without attitude. I simply told her she was a joke and she insisted on yelling and cussing out the window at me and wife. If you don’t like your job quit. I then call to speak to the manager and she insisted in cussing me out over the phone slinging racial slurs I would not suggest anyone give them any of there money they both need to be fired. This place is very unprofessional and needs to be re employed completely

I ordered delivery and they only sent half my order. They said they can’t refund my money since I ordered DoorDash. What a joke. Ripped off over 20 dollars. Won’t get my business anymore

The food was good but when it came to the employees, that was horrible. They was rude and just looked at me when I ask for sauce. Just made everyone feel uncomfortable. Then the bathroom was disgusting and toilet didn't work.
Ordered the smokehouse brisket combo. Cold fries and the sandwich was very insubstantial and drenched in barbecue sauce. This Arby's apparently does not have the meats. My view from the drive though revealed a cluttered messy space which is never a good sign.

I ordered the Number 3, the fries were cold, the roast beef was cold and the bun was cold. This is what happens when you hire teenagers. They don’t care if this is the kind of food they serve this restaurant will go out of business.

The Loaded Italian I got has been reheated to the point the bottom bun was HARD and the meat was shriveled into a tough clump. They should have known better than to serve that. It was around 8pm, so I guess they reheated it from the dinner rush. Disappointed first try of the Loaded Italian. I don’t think it was the sandwich design - it was the emoloyees’ lack of care preparing it.
