I had the best experience here. I ordered nuggets and was told to pull up because they had to make some. After about 15 minutes, I figured they had forgotten about me so I called. The ladies here are the sweetest and kindest ones I’ve ever met. I could not have been less upset, but they were SO sorry and went above and beyond to ensure I didn’t have a bad experience. I visited this location today, and was impressed by the excellent customer service. The lady working the register was full of energy and cared about taking care of me. Next, I sat down with my order and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich ( which was no big deal, I was dining in ) I took it back up to the counter to get it corrected and the manager was overly apologetic, and gave me the sandwich i ordered. Ordered a sandwich and potato patties with a drink... the potatoes were SO greasy the oil ran out of its container and the bag, over my mail and onto my car seat... brand new car with only 400 miles. They are so soaked with grease, I had to through them away! Am I angry? YES! ��� I have pictures too!
