If you like chocolate shakes where you're chocolate is all on the bottom and vanilla ice cream just out on top of it and not mixed then this is the place for you. Absolutely sad. Takes 2 seconds to mix the shake considering a machine is supposed to do it for you. Even more sad when that's all you order and they can't even take the time to do that when you're the only customer too.

The cashier was mechanical. The sandwich was good but I was not a fan of the Jalapeño Bites. The ratio of cream cheese to jalapeno was not great. I prefer more jalapeno with less cream cheese.

We had just gotten into Kentucky and checked into our hotel after driving all the way from Minnesota. We needed to grab food before everything closed for the night. We walked to Arby’s and then knocked on the window since dining was closed already. DaQuann was super kind and took our orders for us right there without any rebuttals. He was super awesome and his customer service was amazing for being 30 min to closing time. We greatly appreciated it and we will remember this! We had hangry lil girls! He deserves the shoutout for this review! Thanks so much!! What a great end to night one while we are here for cheerleading nationals!!
