So its 10:00 pm. I open the door to the restaurant and walk in. The guy with curly hair who I assume is the manager says you can't be in here. You have to get out of the lobby. The lobby is closed. I asked if I could order that I walked from the hotel next door. No you have to get out! He was very rude and unprofessional. I felt like I was trespassing.

Twice in the last week I have been to this Arby’s, the first time I got the steak bites bowl, and it was delicious, but less food than a kids meal. Seriously, it was almost nothing. Today, I stopper here for a #13 combo. To my surprise when I got home and opened the box for the $13.72 combo meal, the sandwich didn’t even fill the bottom half of the box. I have had this meal many times since it was introduced nearly 10 years ago and this is by far the most disappointing one I’ve ever had. I live close to this restaurant, but unfortunately I am removing this location from my roster of places to eat.

Stopped here for here for a quick bite because I couldn't get anyone at Sonny's to wait on me and right away, I noticed the side entry was locked. So, I went through the front door. The employee at the counter was obviously tweaking and the two cooks behind her was dancing around acting like they might be high. Not the type of people I want handling my food so, I just turned around and walked back out. I definitely won't be back at this location and I definitely wouldn't recommend.

If you like chocolate shakes where you're chocolate is all on the bottom and vanilla ice cream just out on top of it and not mixed then this is the place for you. Absolutely sad. Takes 2 seconds to mix the shake considering a machine is supposed to do it for you. Even more sad when that's all you order and they can't even take the time to do that when you're the only customer too.

The cashier was mechanical. The sandwich was good but I was not a fan of the Jalapeño Bites. The ratio of cream cheese to jalapeno was not great. I prefer more jalapeno with less cream cheese.
