The hostess wasn't very polite to my deaf friend who simply wanted to let her know she enjoyed the food. She removed plates that we were using to share. I smiled she glared. The food is delicious. The next time I came it was order to go.

Such a horrible service!! Or I should say NO service at all because the Thai-origin waitress never checked on us other than collecting the pay and tips.

We are two people. We spent $50 per person, yet i don’t deserve a cup of free hot water???!!!
I ordered hot water because I’m not feeling well and didn’t want to drink tea (which has caffeine) at 8pm. I was not trying to take advantage or something. The hot water never came. I ended up getting no water and the waitress doesn’t care AT ALL. She was checking on the table next to me all the time, but NEVER came to check on us even once!!

If you say the Thai-origin waitress was not distinguishing service based on their RACES, I don’t believe it.

Will NEVER come back. Would rate 0 if possible. My husband still tipped, but I think the waitress deserve 0 tips.

Archa Nine is definetely one of the best spots for Thai Food in Lexington. Their selection of Vegetarian, and Vegan Thai food is great and just as filling and rich as their other non-vegetarian/vegan menu items. Their customer service is fairly quick when you are seated, but before you are seated you get ignored quite often even when it's not busy. For this location I recommend separating a table beforehand, because it's especially busy in the evenings. I recommend their cashew chicken, and their Pad Thai dishes most.

Delicious flavorful thai food everything was delicious from the roasted duck to the Pineapple fried rice and tom kha everything was perfect thank you!!! ooh the salad wraps are bomb too!!!

Service is just ok, fast waiting time but hostile staff. Food is so sickly sweet that it made me and my family nauseous for the rest of the day. Price is too high for the small portions.

The food is good but the service is horrible. Honestly to say it’s horrible is a compliment to this place. I don’t think I have ever received worse service anywhere.

Came in at 8:30pm on a Saturday evening when the sign on the door said that they closed at 8:45. We already knew what we wanted to order but they said they could not seat us because they stopped seating at 8:30. Went somewhere else and had a great dinner. Won't be back to Archa Nine again.

The atmosphere when you walk in isn't the most inviting but the food is fantastic and very authentic and full of flavor. I always have a hard time not ordering the chicken pad that because it's one of my favorite dishes no matter what Thai restaurant I eat at. Split an order of the chicken pad Thai and peppered beef. Got both at a 2/5 spiciness level. The pad Thai was routinely good but wish I'd asked for a 3/5 spice level because there was basically none with the 2. However, with the peppered beef it felt more like a 3/4 spice level. If you like peppery things, as much as I do, this dish is perfect for you. If it wasn't slightly too spicy for me I probably would have slurped the remaining sauce out of the bowl because of the amount of flavor. Both dishes were very good sized portions and came out super quick ( less than 5 minutes). I've had the duck and pad see ew here before also and both were solid. Probably can't go wrong with any dish you choose

The food is great here. I'm moving away from Lexington and I stopped in for my last visit to Archa Nina today. I was a bit disappointed with the flavor of my pad see ewe. When the manager asked, I was honest. I told her this was my last time eating here so I was a bit disappointed my food wasn't as good as usual. She sympathized with me and took it back to toss it again with some more sauce and it was perfect. I appreciate that she made sure my last time eating here for a while would be a good experience 🙏 also the coconut ice cream is home made and its absolutely insane. I dream of it! Best ice cream I've ever had.

I rarely ever leave reviews but the boat beef noodle soup is chefs kisses! This was my first time here and definitely not going to be my last. I ordered to-go but it’s super cute and beautiful on the inside.

Archa Nine is the best Thai restaurant I have gone to and they have a good variety of dishes. There’s something for everyone. They really have a way of capturing the rich flavors of the dishes they serve. We are stunned every time. They use ingredients that wow your taste buds in a way that I can’t explain or compare such as basil and coconut milk. A truly elegant restaurant serving culinary excellence! -Tonya C.
