Was so happy to stop to get my A&W floated and notices the menu has been upgraded beyond beef burger a game changer. However for our non meat eater we have a new spot to think a about. Had to carry out and eat on the road back to Louisville so didn't take a picture The fries Crisp and fresh. Custom ordered my burger with lettuce tomato grilled onions an a little bit ketup it was amazing..

Multiple people walking through drive through. Woman pulled in front of me in the drive through and received her food before me. Forgot part of my order. Was in the drive through 12+ minutes.

They served us right up to close at 9pm (we thought they closed at 11pm). Food was quick but only complaint was my toppings. I had an entire slice of onion along with 3/4 of a whole pickle spear. Beyond that everything was great! If I could rate half stars I would give them a 4.5 out of 5.

Quality service and for fast food, it is delicious. The chilled mugs are an added bonus as well. The employee Mama is wonderful!!!!

Was not satisfied at all. Hamburgers looked like a 3 yr old put them together. Son's kids meal was missing his fruit. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. While the crew was to busy playing around inside, they were so loud we could here them with the window shut. Had to ask for my credit card back after 10 minutes cause they forgot. Spent 28.00 for 2 adults an 1 child. Should have went to another fast food restaurant alot cheaper an faster service. Oh an there was only one customer inside. They where extremely slow, no excuse.

While looking for a place to grab a meal later in the evening, A&W was one of the only choices. I'd never been to an A&W before but a burger sounded good. It looked as I if the inside was already closed when we arrived so chose to use the drive through. Ordering was quick and easy and the food itself was delicious. Our order was a bit pricey and took a little time but the wait was worth it!

I placed an order for 2 Beyond Burgers, paid, and then they told me that they were out. Before I could be irritated, they had refunded the charge and gave me 2 coupons for Beyond Burgers on my next trip. You can't beat the great attitude and service. Mistakes happen, but the attitude in fixing them is what sets places apart. Awesome job, A&W! Oh...I've already returned for the 2 free Beyond Burgers. They were great and fixed perfectly! (And the same manager was there, again smiling with a great attitude!)
