First visit to A&W and we were incredibly impressed!
We stopped by on 11/13/25 around 8:40 PM, and the male and female employees working the drive-thru provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. It was unexpected for a drive-thru, but so appreciated. To those two workers — thank you. You were genuinely so kind!

Food: Phenomenal. Everything was hot, fresh, and flavorful. We tried the burger, cheese curds, chicken tenders, fries, and corn dogs. The fries were a standout!

Desserts: The root beer float was nostalgic and delicious, but the star was the chocolate shake. I asked for Oreos to be added, and it ended up being one of the best shakes I’ve ever had from a drive thru.

Overall, an excellent experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great experience here! We’re from Texas, so we aren’t used to having access to an A&W, which made it even more exciting to stop by. The food was excellent hot, fresh, and full of flavor. I love when my chicken is so fresh out of the fryer that I have to let it cool off before eating; that’s how you know it’s fantastic! The restaurant itself was impressively clean, honestly the cleanest A&W we’ve ever been to, and the service matched that level of quality quick, polite, and very friendly. And of course, my favorite part about A&W is the completely fresh root beer. They serve it in an awesome frozen glass mug, which just makes the whole experience that much better.

Was our first time at the restaurant 8/30/2025 we both ordered the #1 combo had the float for 1 and I had to have the pumpkin flavored shake. Was a really good experience with our food and atmosphere. Definitely will be going back. Only 1 issue was our table was super sticky and we moved to another one and it was sticky as well but it happens when you get busy no worries.

Ordered no pickles on both of my burgers and they gave me 4 pickles on just one burger! No politeness from the person taking my order, not even a “you’re welcome” when I said “thank you”, just an eye roll. Burgers, while ok, still definitely NOT worth the price.
