We are new subscribers and I just want to say, from the ordering process to the delivery, everything is handled so well and so professionally. Our delivery today was smooth and hassle free, even though I was working and couldn’t answer the door. Communication was EXCELLENT. The meals look and smell amazing too!

Excellent first experience with Balance Bleu! I had a question regarding my order which Grant handled promptly and courteously. What a pleasure to receive exceptional customer service. Delivery of my order went without a hitch and the recipient is thoroughly enjoying the meals (Chicken, Shrimp & Andouille Gumbo and Beef Wellington Pot Pie). Very happy to have found Balance Bleu!

I placed my first order last week before the snow and ice storm hit. I had selected pick-up because the updated forecast for the storm wasn't out yet. I attempted to get my order on Sunday, however, my car was just not going to make it. I phoned Balanced Blue and they worked with me so I could get my meals the next day. Excellent customer service.

I have now had four of the meals, each one different, and I have enjoyed everyone of them. They all taste delicious, the portion size is perfect and the price is reasonable.

I already placed my next order, for delivery this time, because I just found out on the app they deliver to Versailles! Just another plus.

I have tried two other local meal prep companies and a few of the out of state companies that ship to Kentucky. Balanced Blue is the one I am going to stick with.

FANTASTIC meals, perfect for anyone living alone!!! Healthy, tasty, perfectly portioned, each meal is so different and delicious!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Meals are hugely misrepresented by their pictures and descriptions. None of the cooked produce is fresh as depicted in the images, it’s all canned. No seasoning whatsoever, not even salt or pepper.

Great meal prep service! Dishes are tasty and change on a weekly basis to keep variety fresh. Easy to prepare in the microwave and very reasonably priced for the high quality. Staff is super friendly and a joy to meet and work with! Highly recommend!!

I’ve had 2 meals so far and they have been so delicious. Pick up was easy, even with a festival downtown. So excited to try everything now!

Cute place. Tight parking. My walleye, while delicious was over-salted. The crab etouffee was highly spiced and uneaten as it would have killed the flavor of the delicate fish. Avoid the harsh tasting limoncello cookie dessert.

The BEST place for meals! I love getting these for lunches throughout the week.
