6/18/24 4:28 pm or so.. entered this Baskin-Robbins location. A young lady was serving drive-thru. So we waited.. We stood there for a few minutes. With no greeting! As another young lady came out taking a temperature in the fridge . She also never said hello or anything to us.. Yet another young lady came on to the floor. Proceeded to wash her hands. She walked past us over to towards drive-thru. Picked up her cup and took a drink. While looking at us! SMH.. And still no one ever said anything to us.. No hello , no can we help you? So we walked out..

This location advertises a dairy-free, vegan chocolate cookie option and they don't carry that at all. It should not be listed on the menu as an option if it's not offered. If you are dairy, vegan you can't just get a different flavor.

I will always rave about baskin robbins, since it's one of my favorite places to get ice cream from. This location was amazing, the staff were super helpful and nice and I hope my next visit will be just the same.

I’m a frequent customer of this location. My co-worker and I came to place a large order for some of our residents. On of the ladies working (she had on a pink shirt, no name tag) was completely rude to us, acted as if we were being an inconvenience and wasn’t helpful at all! I’m disappointed that this interaction even took place! If we weren’t on a schedule we would’ve taken our business elsewhere!

I drove here and the health inspection placard said 84 in red. So instead of getting icecream, I drove to DQ who had a health inspection rating of 97.

Stopped to get an ice cream and they were just opening. I didn’t mind to wait a couple of minutes. I ordered a two scoop sundae and the hot fudge was hard as a brick, it was clumpy and not even hot. I asked for an extra cherry and they said they would have to charge me a dollar. So I laughed a declined because as long as I waited and for the nasty hot fudge they put on my sundae the least they could do is add a second cherry or two. I won’t go back and for almost $7 I feel like I should’ve gotten a decent sundae. The one I got was sub par and a rip off!!!!! Not to mention the rude young lady at the window! Just gross and I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

Rude unfriendly white guy at night with unfriendly girl Rushing customers No thank yous Just a cocktail attitude If you were all that you probably wouldn't be scooping overpriced ice cream Get him out of the store VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS HE WOULD be OK at selling gym memberships so he can walk around acting like he is all that
