Great food, extremely professional, friendly staff, and most of all, flexible! We had our wedding caterer cancel one week prior to the wedding and Bayou Bluegrass saved the day. They answered all our questions, drafted a contract and menu, and ironed out all the details within 3 days of our first call. They were even able to work with two major allergies we had! We received so many complements on how great the food was! Shanna checked in multiple times throughout the night to ensure we didn't need anything.On top of all that, they cleaned everything up and packaged all the leftover food for our family to take home AND had two full meals packaged up for us to take to the hotel after a busy night. We could not recommend them enough. They made the most stressful part of our wedding so enjoyable!
