Bella Cafe and Grille at Chevy Chase

It was my first time here and I had a great time! This place is super cute and chic and the food was awesome.

Ian was our server . He made our evening very enjoyable! He couldn't have treated us any better!!! Great service and great food!

Excellent experience all around. Server was nice and helpful. The salmon croquettes were slightly overcooked, and the carrots were slightly undercooked but the lemon pie was amazing.

Always a great experience in Chevy Chase location. One of my favorites in Lexington. Consistently great food.

Great place for brunch in Lexington. Beautiful brunch bar includes fresh juices, pastries, meats and honey. Highly recommend!!

Both of us ordered the Restaurant Week special. The pork chop was well-cooked; the red pepper soup was delicious. I was disappointed that they had run out of the named desert but we did receive a reasonable substitute.

Met friends for lunch. Good thing we had a reservation as it was packed! Got crispy chicken tenders with Brussels sprouts. Both were delicious. Breading on chicken is unique and good. Two different sauces for dipping, ranch and BBQ were also unique and great. Brussels sprouts were crispy with a honey sauce and shaved Parmesan. My fave! Server pleasant and attentive. Less than top marks are for how packed-in the tables are and how much noise. I truly wish restaurants would consider sound dampening in their interior design! Overall good experience and want to go back to try other items.

The dinning experience was great. The truffle fries and buttermilk chicken were absolutely delicious.

Sent private note to establishment while I was there. I did not say anything with my guess present because I did not want to embarrass them. We were approached during our meal and questioned by an employee about my concern. I explained to the employee, and he began to defend their decision regarding reservations. His reasoning did not match action. I responded to him by requesting not to discuss in front of my guess. Overall, I enjoyed my celebration with my guests but was saddened by the employees' engagement. I'm not sure if I will return.

Another exceptional experience at Bella Cafe - Chevy Chase. I took two newbies and they loved it. One had the grilled salmon salad, and the other had the vegie burger. I had the chicken salad. We finished every bite! We were greeted by Kathy whom is like family and took us to our special table in the corner. I will go back again, and again, and again!

Upon entering, we were the 2nd people seated, in an almost empty restaurant. Reservations were made in advance, and still we were seated at the VERY CLOSEST table to the bathrooms and 1 table from the kitchen.
