Big City Pizza Hamburg

I have ordered several pizzas and calzones from Big City and usually have a great experience, but the cheese pizza I received today was terrible. It was under baked, cold and looked horrible. Very disappointed!! :(

The people working are friendly and provide great tasting pizza. My main issue is how dusty and dirty things were in behind easily moved objects. The areas you can get to without moving are clean but I couldn't ignore the areas you can see layers of dust. I will include some photos and then close ups of what I mean.

The dust is really a shame because other than this the food and experience was top knotch!

everytime i order online for delivery it is never on the time it tells you that you will recieve it and then handed over to doordash and take another hour or so if you get it at all. so do not do delivery at all. period

Inconsistent. Very skimpy on toppings. Ordered mushrooms and you have to really search to tell there's any mushroom added.

One of the best pizzas I have ever had!!! Loaded toppings and hand tossed crust was crispy around the edges and not burnt!!! Perfect!!!

Placed a pickup order for a specific time, about an hour later than when I called, and they were taking the pizza out of the oven when I arrived!! Awesome service, exactly as ordered, and best of all … TASTED GREAT!

Genuinely one of the nicest staff i have ever met! Unfortunately tonight they got slammed but it was prime dinner time on a summer Friday night. A lot of people were being nasty to the workers for their pizzas quote taking to long or ive been there for 45 minutes. Anyone who could look can see they had everyone on deck work on these pizzas and getting them in out as fast as they could. Unfortunately the world we live in now expects everything to be super quick but good food takes time. The workers were so kind and were being so warm and welcoming even under so much stress. And our pizzas were delicious can’t wait to go back again!

I was disappointed by the pizza. It took 20+ minutes to get and was not the size I ordered. Which ended up being a problem trying to eat on the road. The slices were not cut through and the abundance of sauce made the cheese slide off the slices. I may have gotten to eat a total of 1.5 slices without loosing all cheese coherence and ending up with tomato sauce dough. I dont need to return. That being said, they guys were really nice, but the pizza was a bust.
