Service was not good. I felt like a burden ordering a drink. Rude bartenders plus I overheard a waitress tell a table they could go to the bar for extra napkins…. I would expect better service when paying for a room at a Hilton hotel.

Stayed a week here for a conference. I dont like traveling far for food etc and they had this bar on lobby of Hilton. Food was great and in evenings bartendera were amazing. Jackie, evan, Liria were amazing staff. Super attentive, knowledgeable about the hotel, services, and the area when i was trying to locate a place. Ill stay here everytime i come to lexington because of them. Only issue was 2 of the elevators were out one night so i had to wait 10 min for an elevator to get to the lobby from the 12th floor. That was minor so im not docking the amazing staff for something beyond their control.

My wife and I attend several events in downtown Lexington. We make it a point to stop and eat at the Big Blue Martini. (Great atmosphere ) We have been fortunate to receive awesome service from Liria, our waitress. She is courteous, nice and caring. She treats as though we’ve known her for years. Triple Gold Star to Liria. Thank you BBM!!

Bigg Blue Martini is hands down the perfect spot to unwind after a late Cats game. Conveniently attached to the Hilton Downtown—easily the best place to stay if you're visiting for basketball—this bar offers a great view of Rupp Arena and the lively atmosphere of Triangle Park.
The staff here is absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly. They make everyone feel welcome, but they truly go above and beyond for their regulars. One server in particular always remembers us, even though we only make it in four or five times a year during basketball season. It’s a small touch that makes a huge difference, and it’s why we always come back.
The drinks? Incredible. From their signature martinis to other creative cocktails, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Bigg Blue Martini is a must-visit for any Cats fan—great drinks, stellar service, and a perfect post-game vibe!

Was advised the place was closing an hour and a half before it is posted to close, order door dash go back down stairs to meet the dasher and it’s packed, guy bartending seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but here tonight, if your that miserable get another dam

We stayed at the Hilton for 4 nights and ended up at Bigg Blue several times during our stay. Each time we had good food and wonderful service. I wish I could remember everyone’s name that worked there but Liria was our server a few times and she was an absolute delight. My wife and I chatted with her for quite awhile on a slow afternoon and she couldn’t have been nicer. Thank you so much and we can’t wait to see you the next time we’re in town!
