Do NOT make reservations because this restaurant does NOT honor them! When we arrived, we were placed on a “reservation waitlist” with about 6 parties in front of us. This is NOT what is meant or expected for a reservation! The staff was NOT accommodating regarding reservations either. This restaurant should be removed from Open Table because the staff does NOT honor reservations!!!

Even though the hostess forgot to seat us and did not know what open table meant, we really enjoyed our meals and the pricing was reasonable...

For starters, the restaurant is clearly understaffed as we had made a reservation and had to wait 15 minutes after the time due to no servers being available. Appetizers were ok and the sauces that came with the mac and cheese bites were awesome. The issue was that my ribeye, ordered medium rare, was lucky to be blue rare. It was so busy that I figured why wait and just ate it. My partners burger was dripping with grease and the fries were cold. Pizookies were definitely the highlight but for a 100 dollar dinner, i'd expect a little more.

Excellent reservation and seating assistance. Upon arrival the hostess quickly was able to verify us and actually seat us earlier than we reserved for. Food order was taken quickly and accurately, the appetizers arrived very close to the salad, but it was okay for us, salad was quickly eaten anyway. Appetizers were hot, very tasty and well presented. Proper amount of time between appetizers and the main meal. One steak was slightly undercooked to the diners wish but not enough to justify sending it back. Was closer to a medium rare than medium. Personal pizza was very light and airy crust, it could have handled having another coating of sauce (it was a sparse coat) but delicious as it was. Drinks refilled very quickly and accurately. We were right between bar area and main dining area so it was slightly loud and conversation was tough at times but Saturday and football games, that is expected. Great first visit there, looking forward to the next one!

service & food was great! I had the ribs & my wife had the pecan crusted chicken. our only issue was the restaurant did not have Tequilla or mixers to do Margaritas or Sangrias. i don't understand how a restaurant of this size could not have the necessary products to make popular drinks. we'll go back, but i hope this does not occur again.

It was UK family weekend so assuming busier that usual - waited 45 mins even with a reservation- food was ice cold. Wait staff did their best all things considering.

We ordered a cheeseburger well done. They brought us a guacamole burger. The lady who brought us our food wasn't our original server, who was nice and attentive, and she stated “it's a gaucamole burger”, which I could plainly see. We corrected them, and they brought a cheeseburger, but it had pink inside it. We also ordered a small pizza which maybe had a teaspoon of sauce on it, so the pizza tasted a little dry. The toppings were fresh and tasted good, but who doesn't put pizza sauce on their pizza? The quality of the food and not bringing us how we ordered it needs to be fixed.

Walked in and sat at the bar, waiting staff saw me didnt say anything to me. Sat there for 10 minutes still no service,got up and left. Never got to try the food, the restaurant was very empty as well.

I honestly don’t know why people come here. It wax “meh”. It’s not a warm and cozy atmosphere nor is it really a great sports bar. We were rushed through our dinner when half of the restaurant was empty. The waitress reached over top of us to take things off our table when we told her we didn’t need her to take things. She tried to clear the dishes from my dinner guest probably six times and I kept telling her they were still eating. I know I frustrated her but I don’t know how else to say- WE ARE NOT DONE-and get her to give us a few minutes. Salads need more toppings and dressing. It was just not a very pleasant experience which is unfortunate. I was hoping to add this to our weekly rotation.

Great overall experience! Food better than expected. Somewhat pricey but delicious. Table ordered a flatbread pizza, Italian chicken, Parmesan crusted chicken, wedge salad (small) and 2 pizookies which were a sweet finish! Our server was amazing, offering suggestions and she was attentive to us throughout.

It was a joint birthday celebration for my father and nephew. My father loves the food and my nephew, well any food is good. Nice atmosphere and noise level was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed every moment.
