BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

The staff was great. Menu offers several options to please different appetites. I ate the small deep dish, It was okay but nothing special. I also had the tossed salad with 1,000 island dressing. It was very good.

We went for my mom's birthday and had a really good time! Our waitress was so attentive and made sure we had what we needed. We got our food relatively quick, it was busy so we were expecting it to take a little longer, and it was delicious. We had a great time sitting and chatting!

My husband & I were here along with my husband's father & brother. Gunnar was our server & he was very attentive & kind. I almost always get the shrimp tacos because I think they taste amazing! There were no hiccups at the table & at the end, Gunnar asked if there were any fathers at the table (a pint glass was given to fathers, complimentary). I appreciated that he did not presume that all the men were fathers. It was not our first time there & won't be the last.

Katelin was terrific - took care of all our questions and needs before we ask in several instances. Loved the food choices! Give her a raise.

Katelin did an incredible job! She went over specific dishes I was thinking about, which helped me make a great choice! She was friendly and checked in on us the right amount. She didn’t hover and our needs were met quickly! I would recommend this restaurant based on the food AND Katelin! Well done!

Such a cool environment. Our server, who's name is Jesse James by the way, was the best server I have ever had. An absolute gem of a human being. Come and ask for her and have a wonderful time!

I just called the restaurant to find out if they’d be able to seat a party of 30. A lady named Taylor answered and said she’d have to ask a manager. I sat on hold for a few minutes, patiently. The hold music turned off and I heard the phone be picked up and put down, ending the call. No discussion, no explanation.

Food was great, service was even better! Hubby and I were both FREEZING the entire time though.

Everything was good, pizza was good, wedge salad was good, clam chowder was excellent and the chili was good but just like warm by the time it came out. We will certainly be back.

Food was fresh, Clam Chowder was excellent and Fried Chicken was good. The potatoes and succotash were lukewarm, so that t could have been better. The service was good and our server was helpful, prompt and congenial. The committed IPA was excellent.

Had a reservation for 8:00 but didn't get seated until 8:20-8:30. Food was delicious!!!
