Stay away from this place!!! Worst service ever. Here on a game night with minimal staff. Everyone around us (except one table) was served efficiently. We waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken and 50 minutes after that to get our very minimalistic food order. The other table that got there before us and didn’t have their food got their food even later than we did. Not to mention that when we did get our food, it was extremely mediocre. Terrible terrible terrible don’t go here.

Completely bland shrimp and grits , watery and no flavor . The chili was blah says served with cheddar cheese I got no cheese ... the highlight of the meal was the corn muffin , I asked for butter , I got no butter . I feel like I was ripped off 35.00 dollars ... McDonald's would have been better .

Great place to have a drink after concert. Christian at the bar was fantastic and very helpful. He has good knowledge of the bourbon. One of the best place to hangout in Lexington.

One bartender to handle this giant place after a Kentucky basketball game. Just ridiculously bad.

I think it was bad luck because on breakfast they didn't have us sitting at the far side this time we ended on the bar area

Pretty unappetizing visually and my 2nd bite confirmed my suspicions.Pricing is elevated and portions are small, for $20 with tip, I left hungryI knew this dining experience would be a mistake before I even ordered, probably why the lobby was empty at 6pm during a weekday, unfortunately it was raining and I had no other options - save your money. The pictures of the menu from 6 months ago (Jan 2023) don't reflect the additional 30% increase that I experienced today....

Overpriced with awful service. Who wants to spend $13 on a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with NO sides. Drink not included. Lack luster breakfast buffet costs over 20$.Ridiculous

Service both days for breakfast were very good! Fernando took great care of us the first day and today we were blown out of the water by Loretta. She was so attentive and took great care of us and all the other tables. She served with joy and enthusiasm and I appreciated her work ethic. Seems like she has a few workers helping that are slow and inept based on our observations.

Beautiful grounds, mature trees, peaceful place to walk any time of the year, very safe, you can have a picnic or eat at the Gingo Cafe

Good service. Poor food.Served a club sandwich that tasted like it was in a plastic box at 7-11, cold chili and bland fries. Inexcusable. There are multiple restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Absolutely zero reason to eat here.

I have stayed at the Hyatt for 18 years in August for a CLA show. I can only brag with great comments about the Hyatt hotel which has been first class. However, the Blue Fire Bar & Grill has dropped off my list of acceptable places to eat. We had a 7:00 pm reservation and were promptly seated. The hostess did tell us there would be about a 30 minute wait for our food. After an hour and fifty minutes we did get our food. The burger buns were burned very BLACK and the meat was not far behind. Ate what we could and left. I did tell the folks while my check out statement was printing that the grill SUCKED and related the above to her. Received an expected apology and left... never again for food at the Hyatt...
