The peanut butter chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies were so good. The staff is also super friendly!
My qualm with this place is that in needs to clean its ovens, every pastry they make tastes like everything they’ve ever made. A slightly burnt taste that comes from the air inside the oven. The pastry’s themselves could be super good if they cleaned all the old flavoring from the walls of the oven. I offer that criticism not because I don’t want to come to this place but because I do, it would be absolutely great if their pastry’s tasted like they are supposed to instead of everything they’ve ever burnt. They’re not burning the pastry itself, it’s the air from that oven. It makes them taste awful, and this isn’t an isolated thing, my wife has brought back things from there from the last 5 years and every single thing(probably 50 different times) I’ve had from there has had dirty oven taste. It’s not a signature taste if the taste comes from a dirty oven, please clean it and you’ll make a lot more money

Everything was great! Will definitely be back!! Chocolate croissants were a hit with my kids.
I go once a week for my favorite rustic sourdough and cream cheese! I love the local honey and the demi baguettes are just enough for this single customer. Thank y'all!
Every time we go to Lexington we stop in to get a loaf of fresh bread and a pastry. So good!!! People working there are very nice, too.
One of the best places in Lexington! The staff are so kind and the goods are Devine. It’s definitely worth going to. I can’t recommend them enough!
Wonderful bread options. Friendly and genuine, kind service. The sourdough options are nice and if you see bran muffin, try it. They sell out early.

One of the few places I unquestionably pay whatever price they ask for the goods they craft. My only complaint is some times selling out of cinnamon rolls before I can get there on Saturday mornings.
My favorite bakery in Lexington.

The breads are so dang delicious! There is a reason they have folks who come in every day to get their loaves of goodness. This is bread at its best, you can taste the love and skill put into every loaf. I've enjoyed every kind I have tried and right now, I would say the Bohemian beer bread is my favorite.
The sweets are also tasty treats. The perfect ginger cookie or if they have them, the chocolate stout bundt cakes are two excellent choices. Oh, and if they have any of the streusel loaves in the tins on the counter, definitely grab one of those and enjoy at home with a cup of tea or some coffee. Perfection.
