Great tour and tasty bourbon and rye offerings. Loved the Midway Lee's Branch Rye.

Hard to find entrance but once we got there it was fantastic. Logan and Mercer went out of their way to have the best tour possible which I felt they achieved.

Incredible bourbon tasting session!Would highly recommend stopping by

Bluegrass is the under the radar craft distillery you need to visit. Let's be clear, the neighborhood is sketch and access is from a walking trail. The juice is first rate. Their toasted oak is the best bourbon you haven't tried. The place is gritty, about making quality bourbon and not being a touristy Disneyland. Flights were five amazing examples of brown water. No taters here, it's about the bourbon. Decor is limited to barrel heads of charities they have supported, that's about it. Bartender had his stuff together and knows the product well. Forget Weller, Blanton's, and any other overhyped allocated. Bluegrass is the real deal.

This was the best bourbon tasting we did on our trip to Lexington. I can’t recommend it enough.

We stopped at Bluegrass on a whim. It was an unexpected, delightful experience. Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time explaining each bourbon. Meeting Tipsy, the cat, was great; as I’m a cat mom. We are looking forward to visiting Elkwood Farm when it’s finished.

This was a great experience! They even have a cat named Tipsy who escorted us on our tour!

Went during a short trip to KY, have never had bourbon or really any whiskey ever. Logan (girl, there are two) did our tasting and tour. It's a small place but they have a bigger place (oakwood farm) that is opening you can visit (just didn't have time). She was very informative, knew the information and history and was able to answer all of our questions! It was a wonderful experience took about 45mins and had 6 tasting. As well as limestone water which gives you another taste. Ended up buying 3 bottles to take home for Christmas gifts for family. Would recommend you taking the time to go on their tour, and meet their cat Tipsey!

Fun stop if you're touring Lexington. Boarding the Legacy Trail which is a 12 mile shared-use greenway trail that connects downtown Lexington with area neighborhoods, parks, and historic sites. In the same block as bluegrass distillers there's a fun brewery (West Sixth) that shares a space with a seafood eatery so you get the best of everything! Bluegrass Distillers is laid back establishment and very affordable for under $20 you and your companion could try every whiskey. A few gift shop items and also remember there being a wall of syrups that you could sample/purchase.

We went to the new tasting room for Bluegrass Distillery today. It’s in Midway, KY in a fully resorted mansion built in 1835. An amazing experience in such a spectacular setting. The tasting experience was perfection with our tour guide Sean. He was extremely knowledgeable of not only their spirits but also the home and surroundings. We’ve been to many distilleries on the bourbon trail. Bluegrass ranks at the top of our favorites. The personal experience, the atmosphere, the friendliness of everyone that worked there, surpasses all This is a do not miss! A+
