Bluegrass Ky Protein bar

Highly recommend. As a Richmond resident, I was looking for a protein shake place within close proximity while in Lexington. I was not disappointed with Bluegrass! I’ve had several similar shakes in the past, and not everyone makes them the same. My shake was delicious, and the employees were the sweetest. Give them a try!

WOW!!! Just got a Mocha Caramel protein smoothie. It. Is. DELICIOUS!!!! Perfect little place just down the street from my work! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

A Great place to get a delicious and healthy smoothie. The owner is very knowledgeable and passionate about her business. Locally Owned
