Had my heart set on pancakes one night, so ordered some from Bob Evans through Door Dash. Pancakes arrived with no syrup, so I didn't even eat them. Called Bob Evans to rectify or issue a refund, they said take it up with Door Dash.
Our waitress was clueless and slow

Bob Evans is one of my favorite places when I'm on the East Coast. I love the fact that they have breakfast all day and their sweet tea is good. Don't miss an opportunity to have a great meal.

sit there for over 10 minutes no one came to take her order. No one came to take a drink order. There were five waitresses working food was backing up on the window. I don’t know what was wrong, but I won’t be back. The service sucked.

We got seated pretty fast, but no one came to take our order. We were continuously looking around waiting for a waitress to come and no one came so we got up and walked out. We were there probably 10 minutes. No drinks no orders nothing I give this place zero stars. there were five people working and walking around and kept looking at us and just looked us over. I will not be back and I will not refer this place to anyone.
Delicious food and great, friendly service. Lots of breakfast options for small and large appetites. Loved the option of banana bread instead of toast. I just wish I hadn't left my extra slice on the table. I had it all wrapped to bring home with me.

Great service. Food was good, but not great. Restaurant was clean and noise level was low. I’d eat breakfast here again.

It's unusual to rate Bob Evans as average or less than average. We did come for the Thanksgiving breakfast/dinner set menu. The restaurant was not as busy as we had anticipated, but the takeout line was extremely long. We were seated immediately, and our drinks arrived promptly. Three of our group ordered dinner, and two ordered breakfast. There was a delay in getting our food, and only one plate (breakfast) was accurate. Other than the breakfast items, the food was definitely not up to what is expected from Bob Evans restaurant. Not sure who decided hot apple cider should be served with whipped cream, but the cream curdled, and the taste was just 'weird'.
