Food is good. The servers are friendly and competent but they are understaffed. The servers are not able to give you prompt attention because there are top few of them. I had to wait a while to be seated even though it was less than half full because it took that long for someone not busy to notice me.

For the past two years the location off of Winchester road has always made an excuse to why the mocha machine is never working.. smh! The excuse this time was, “ I’m the only waitress here, and McDonald’s has to clean their machines at times, so I don’t always get what I want when I go there”. Was I asking for a McDonald’s drink? NO! She only has two tables in the whole place.
