I am very disappointed at the Bonefish at Hamburg location. I ordered 4 meals and requested extra bread and butter with my pick up order for 4 people. When I went to pick up, the guy said that the bread was inside with what was allocated for. When I came home, it contained one small bread with no butter. I guess 4 full meals for 4 people are allocated for one bread. Not impressed with the service.

The bang bang shrimp was very good however, our main courses and sides were quite dull. Fish and shrimp or dry sides were lackluster mashed potatoes seemed old and brussels sprouts, under cooked and tough to eat. I got the crabcakes and they were very mushy and almost cold in the center. I may come back and get some bang bang shrimp as an appetizer, but I don’t think I’ll be.

I love the friendly atmosphere at Bonefish in Lexington. The Management Bill is the most personable and welcoming manager. Our go to server is Pau. Paul is right on top of your menu options and has a memory that is uncanny. The restrauant is always immaculate . The Hostess is always pleasant and tried to seat you where you request. The food is delicious and always meets our expectations.

I really had reservations about going. I had been several years back and whatever I had didn’t impress me. But my wife had a gift card we needed to use. Honestly, Bonefish Grill EXCEEDED my expectations. Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious. First, let’s start with the appetizer. The Crab Cakes were possibly the best I’ve ever eaten ANYWHERE! Even at some of the best beachside restaurants. The Cole slaw was different. It was kind of crunchy, very good. My entree was the 7oz filet with fried shrimp, also very good and the steak was really tender. Lastly, the Bacon Mac & Cheese was also very good. My wife had the 7oz sirloin with grilled shrimp. Sometimes when you order a sirloin you’re not sure what you’ll get but it was tender and very, very good. Overall we had a great experience and the food was delicious. Definitely will be back.
I truly appreciated the cordiality and professionalism of the young man who delivered my food. That always makes a significant difference.

Rare night without the kids so husband and I took advantage. Our server was super friendly and explained things well as we were first timers. We had the bang bang shrimp appetizer (highly recommend), and we both opted for fillet and lobster tails. Overall great experience.
