The owner or manager, whoever is in charge here, threatens to kick your a** after hearing about a wrong order. The lack of composure from someone at the highest level will keep customers far away from this place. Not to mention the inconsistency and flat out lies about the food they serve. Customer service in 2024... The fact "men" in charge can't take responsibility for their staffs mistakes and resort to violence instead says a lot about the character of the one who "operates" this business. This place will never receive any of my or my families business and I hope those who need it will seek mental help for their anger issues. Bless you.

The first time my husband and I came here it was a hidden gem. I couldn’t believe I hadn’t eaten here before. Over the past couple of years things have really gone down hill. I think the original brother than ran it left. Since then I have continued to try and support this place because of the history. I really hoped it would turn around but after my last experience sadly I will never return. They had the best pizza I’m sad I won’t experience it again.

This is what a margarita pizza looks like. The basil and mozzarella were not fresh. Diced tomatoes?? It tasted just like a cheap cheese pizza. I get it if you’re a general family restaurant, but this is a pizza restaurant…. It seems like they should know what a margarita pizza is. They were also very short staffed so we waited over an hour to get it and our food came out at different times so we basically watched each other eat. Very overpriced for something that taste better from the freezer section at the grocery store. very disappointed.

I liked the food, which is the main thing we went for. One detail, the spaghetti sauce is very weak, almost watery, although it had a little flavor and good cheese. the pizzas are delicious!!! ? Another detail when we arrived they did not welcome us, we had to find a table alone since it took them a while to serve us. the place is divided into 2, 1 part looks more "bar" and the other side looks more family friendly. We went to the more family-friendly side because we were precisely with our teenage children and a little girl. The "family" place was somewhat dirty, very gloomy and neglected, crowded and dark. I had to go turn on the lights because we couldn't see well with the natural light. I hope they pay attention to that area, they will attract more families since "the food is really good. The young lady who served us was spectacularly friendly and efficient. I hope to return soon. ?

Brought the family in for some pizza. Ordered #41 & a kids cheese pizza as well as a couple draft beers. They had Live music from Boogie G & The Titanics. Pizza was phenomenal, beer was cold, music was great. Will 100% be back.

The experience was not as good as it used to be! We had a carry out order that was not available or confused with another order! When we got home one of the orders was completely wrong and the second order which was a steak grinder had an odd taste that resembled old or stale meat! I took the safe route and tossed it in the trash! Really disappointing

Excellent quality pizza. Service is rather slow but friendly, I believe that the store is a bit understaffed. Ordering online may not work, so it is best to go and order in person or call (you may be put on hold during busy periods). I recommend the margarita and ultimate cheese pizzas. The inside of the store resembles a sports pub and has exactly that atmosphere. Overall, I would rate it the best pizza shop in Lexington.

Dietary restrictions: The menu is large enough to provide for a variety of diets, it also has pastas and such for lactose intolerant people.

Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu, which provides slightly smaller and cheaper versions of several dishes. It is however somewhat limited.

The wings were really good, the only reason that I would return, for wings. The service was mediocre, and the pizza was mediocre. The pizza was overcooked. It took a long while to get our food, unsure why, they were not slammed. It just didn't make the cut unless I was ordering boneless wings only. Otherwise, it is a pass. We weren't impressed.

We googled to find their website. But it took us to their Facebook page and THEN we found their website (annoying). We looked at their menu and decided on a pizza and wings. When my husband called in the order the guy said the total would be like $38. WHAT?! The prices on their website didn’t add up to that. So I just said well see if somthing was added wrong when you get there to pick up the food. So after awhile, my husband calls me on his way back home from getting the food and he’s like I talked to the manager bc they hadn’t changed the prices on their website and the manager said well these are our prices. And that was that. Its not fair/ our fault that they didn’t change the prices on their website. I feel like the manager should have said- so sorry. I will honor the prices on the website but will have it fixed for next time. $40 is A LOT for a pizza and mediocre wings. I just feel like the manager should have had better customer service. I was tempted to call or go in there and talk to a general manager but if the manager is like that, I’m sure the general manager is the same way- has no clue what customer service is. So it would just be a waste of time and breath for me to try to right this wrong.

I have tried this place on three separate occasions in the past year and the results have always been disappointing. For the positive side, my most recent experience was met with great service by the server - she was professional, pleasant and very communicative. My pizza, when it finally arrived, tasted great. On the downside however, there were a number of timing/sequencing issues with the meal. My pizza came out about 20 minutes after my Wife's sandwich was brought out to the table, so we got to enjoy watching each other eat by themselves. This timing thing has happened each of the three times we have been here - clearly there's something amiss in the kitchen. We ordered a dessert pizza this most recent time, which consisted of their pizza dough with some butter, sugar, cinnamon and icing. When it was brought to our table we noticed, and the server even brought to our attention, that it seemed burned in some areas. We tried it for a few bites and sure enough, it wasn't really edible. When the server came back by, we let her know we weren't happy with it. She again apologized and brought us our check - which still contained the charge for uneaten, burnt, sad dessert we ordered.Rather than make a fuss in the restaurant and go Karen on a manager, we paid the bill, tipped the server and have determined we will no longer be patrons of this place that has such great potential, but consistently fails to execute on simple things.
