Lovely, friendly, non-judgmental even if your bike is really very dirty (don’t ask me how I know! lol.) Took my bike in for a tune-up and Paulina did a great job. This is for sure my Lex go-to shop.

I like the bike shop AND the cafe! Breakfast was good, and we came back in the afternoon to browse around the bike shop area. Trust me, the owners/employees in the shop were VERY nice and professional, as well as knowledgeable. It's actually very hard to find this in a local bike shop. Thanks!

If I could give this bike shop 10 stars I would and I am not an easy grader. I was from out of town and had a warped rotor on my new e-bike. I was met with the warmest welcome and a wonderful young lady lady name Pauline who put my bike immediately on the rack and did a remarkable job straightening my rotor. She absolutely knew what she was doing and having grown up in a family run bike shop I know good mechanics. She saved the day for me so I could ride the next day and I will always remember that some people are just plain nice and take joy from helping others. It was a great experience.

The food is great! I can never get any service for my bike. I’m always turned away and told they are too busy. Never once was I given the option or opportunity to make an appointment to get my Delso serviced. They down bad for that.

Such awesome people. My husband got a bike from them. He had such a good experience, that he talked me into getting one. I wish I could have gotten the lady’s name who helped me. She was so cool and helpful. She guided me through the whole process. She basically fit me with a bike. I’ve never had a bike that had felt so comfortable and adjusted to me.

Went to get new clips for my bike shoes or to buy new shoes the man that helped me ,was so very very honest, he told me I did not need either one he tightened my clips and did not charge me a dime . If you are looking for a bike or need one fixed this is the place to go. Thanks for all your help. ??

Stopped here while visiting and I gotta say, this was the best matcha latte I've had in a looong time. Made very strong, just how I like it, which can be hard to find. The food was also fantastic, not to mention they adjusted a menu item for my gluten-free friend and they loved that, too. Super friendly staff, and currently have a hilarious Twilight themed menu! Definitely a place I'd go to often if I lived here!
Dietary restrictions: They adjusted a wrap into a bowl to make it gluten free :)
