BROOM WAGON, Bicycle Shop Great Customer Service. Steve fixed a bike gear shifting issue, while I waited, and charged a very reasonable amount for the repair. Plus I was able to ave some great tasting coffee and breakfast burrito while I waited, at the adjoining coffee shop named Moody Mike's.

Had purchased an ebike online that had to be delivered to an authorized dealer and Broomwagon was the one I chose. Having never been here before I didn't really know what to expect, but they did not disappoint. Michael and Adam was able to receive, build, and have my bike ready for pickup within two days. Paulina was excellent to deal with when I went to pick it up. If I lived closer to lexington, this would 100% be the shop I used for all my needs. If youre looking for a bike shop that will get you taken care of, do not hesitate.

We were camping at the Ky Horse Park and were getting ready to ride the Legacy Trail. Unfortunately, we had an issue with one of our Rad Rover 6 + e-bikes. Rad gave me a list of repair shops in the Lexington area and we found Broomwagon. I gave them a call and spoke with Steve. He said he was able to look at our bike so we load the bike and headed over. We arrived and he immediately started tearing into the bike after asking about all of the issues we were having. He explained everything he discovered as we watched over his shoulder. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions. He worked quickly and was able to fix our bike and had us out the door in a very reasonable amount of time! We live about two ours away but decided right then and there to schedule a follow up visit for our other Rad bike. He was professional, knowledgeable, interesting to talk with and their pricing was very reasonable. If you live nearby or even if you don’t this is an amazing bike repair/consignment shop and should be your go to for repairs!

If I could give this bike shop 10 stars I would and I am not an easy grader. I was from out of town and had a warped rotor on my new e-bike. I was met with the warmest welcome and a wonderful young lady lady name Pauline who put my bike immediately on the rack and did a remarkable job straightening my rotor. She absolutely knew what she was doing and having grown up in a family run bike shop I know good mechanics. She saved the day for me so I could ride the next day and I will always remember that some people are just plain nice and take joy from helping others. It was a great experience.
