Great Customer Service.
Steve fixed a bike gear shifting issue, while I waited, and charged a very reasonable amount for the repair.
Plus I was able to ave some great tasting coffee and breakfast burrito while I waited, at the adjoining coffee shop named Moody Mike's.

Had purchased an ebike online that had to be delivered to an authorized dealer and Broomwagon was the one I chose. Having never been here before I didn't really know what to expect, but they did not disappoint. Michael and Adam was able to receive, build, and have my bike ready for pickup within two days.
