Lovely, friendly, non-judgmental even if your bike is really very dirty (don’t ask me how I know! lol.) Took my bike in for a tune-up and Paulina did a great job. This is for sure my Lex go-to shop.

Recently bought a new bike from Broomwagon and had a great experience. The sales rep was knowledgeable and helpful without pressuring. The shop had a very local, chill vibe while still being put together and well managed. Would highly recommend Broomwagon to anyone.

I like the bike shop AND the cafe! Breakfast was good, and we came back in the afternoon to browse around the bike shop area. Trust me, the owners/employees in the shop were VERY nice and professional, as well as knowledgeable. It's actually very hard to find this in a local bike shop. Thanks!
