SOOOOOO GOOD. the service is great, they sell bao too but I haven't tried that. some might say it's a bit expensive but i think it's definitely worth it. the atmosphere is also very cozy and they sell some handmade stuff which I was tempted to buy. all around 10/10!

i love this place <33 when i first went here, i fell in love. i usually bring someone with me since im shy, but recently, i've been starting to say my order with the staff myself since the staff there are so nice and warm !! i usually come here every 2-3 weeks. place feels cozy and amazing for studying or to just hang out. place is super in budget and for such good drinks. would recommend brown sugar milk tea at sugar level 50% or below (if you don't wanna tummy ache ?) and light ice with mango star jelly !! taro buns also recommended (they're DELISHH)

Loved it! 50% is the normal sugar- it’s great. Don’t change that unless you like things less sweet. At the 50%, it’s just the right amount. Great recommendation.

Tried the cha shu bun, custard bun, chicken bun, and the taro bun. All worth getting! We got full, so didn’t get to try any crepes. Would go back!!

Parking: Around the corner, there’s a free parking garage for customers. Just the first floor (it’s below residential parking)

Kid-friendliness: Kids will like the food! Room to bring a stroller if you have littles.

Great options. Friendly and helpful service and ordering. Didn't have everything on the menu available, but plenty of backup choices! Always fun and delicious.

The taro tea was really good and creamy! The bobas were smaller than I like but the inside was pretty.

This is by far my favorite place to get bubble tea from. I think they have some of the best flavors, not only in the variety but in the flavor. It’s so delicious and the process they use to make the drinks is overall one of the better ways to make bubble tea in my opinion. And this is literally the only shop that has buns, which are my absolute favorite. Also another great thing about this place is the main female cashier that always works there is very nice and incredibly fast at making the drinks. And if you go there often she will definitely remember you and your order so that’s kinda nice too.
