Just got a door dash from here. Canceled my pass, i am so angry. They didnt inculde the $5 drink i ordered. They didnt inculde half of the $8 dessert i ordered. They didnt include the wedges i order for an additional up charge, but dont fret, they still charged me. They sent three things in a bag when i ordered 6. Burnt burger, cold didnt-even-order-this fries. Do NOT waste your time here. They clearly dont care about anything but ripping you off.

Literally it’s been 2.5 hours but we still haven’t got our food yet. This place has been in business for a number of years at this location. I understand it’s Super Bowl night today but this is just ridiculous.
I also noticed that the owner seems to simply copy and paste the same response to all low-star reviews. And by the way, where exactly is the “Orders & Visits” section on the “buffalowildwings.com/faq” page? It makes me wonder—does this owner truly care about customer feedback?

Corporate decided on superbowl Sunday that doordash was more important than in house customers my guess is the fees collected from doordash far out weighed what could have been made in restaurant apparently only come to this place when there isn't an event happening and food was cold when I did get it horrible experience

I door dashed 6 traditional wings queso fries and mozzarella sticks but the fries didn't taste good and were soggy. the wings weren't even in there

Dine in service was unavailable due to a shortage in staffing... everyone was very friendly... I believe the employee that helped us, was named Dujuan... he was very nice and professional... he also wore gloves when dealing with food... Great experience overall
I went here with a friend and ordered the bone-in garlic parmesan wings. The food and atmosphere was great. The service was also great but it took quite some time for the service to start. I do not feel that they were adequately staffed.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Service is disgraceful, staff and management is pathetic. Can't get anything right, wait hours for a meal for 2. Receive cold fries and sauce was wrong too. Get offered a lousy 1000 pts as compensation which doesn't even cover 6 wings!!! Will never be back!!!

I will never eat here again !! I ordered online and drove across town and when I got there they told me five or ten minutes. I then waited 45 minutes inside the store with no one expediting my order. When I finally talked to the manager, she told me they were getting it together and didn’t even say sorry. All the staff ware unprofessional and rude. This place needs all new staff ! Oh and then They tried to give me cold fries and didn’t not give me the sauces we ordered or cutlery.

More like Buffalo wait for your wings if your door dashing and or carry out.. there should be a better system up front for carryout and online ordering. Every single time I get a order from this place it takes 20+ minutes to get the order and sometimes the order is sitting on the table just laying there for minutes on end. There should be someone calling out names of the orders once they R done and putting them directly onto the Togo shelf.
