I came in on a Tuesday night. The restaurant had a decent crowd. The bar was full, so I sat in the bar area. There was a couple two tables down for me that got waited on it taken care of two or three times while I sat there and nobody even acknowledged me for 17 minutes. This service went from horrible to atrocious. I will never visit this beat every threes again.

I will say today I had a little mishap with my order while ordering a few items for me my fiance and my daughter. The last time I visited and there was a mistake I had one of the worst experiences ever at a BW3s. This time around I will say they handled the situation exactly as expected and management made me feel appreciated as a customer. Will be returning at this location in the future to enjoy Maybe a football game and some wings. 10/10 recommend.

Its gone way down over the years. The wings are good but when you have to wait for refills or they don't have the drinks they are advertising for specials.

First off Brooke was really nice and helpful,
Then management there is horrible, all the employees are Runing around looking lost, and they even tired to sit 5 people at a 4 person table when there was a booth for 6 right next to it,
The waitress look like they hate each other, and will not help each other out,

The only employee that did a great job was, Brooke. She was very friendly, calm and tried to make the best out of the bad situation. Her food runners and manager failed her terribly. This is the most unorganized chaos operation. First thing is me and my husband stood at the front door waiting to be seated for 15 minutes (shoulda been the first red flag). The manager finally walked over and asked if we had been helped yet.. we said no, he stood there in confusion for a few minutes, THEN started looking for an open table. He then says I’ll be back, gotta go see if the table is cleaned off. He went and cleaned it off, sat down the menus and walked over to other employees to talk. Meanwhile me and my husband are still standing at the counter. We finally just went and sat ourselves. We ordered an appetizer but the food runners never brought us the appetizer so we just canceled the order. While we were sitting there eating, the guy seating people, (believe his name is Ethan) sat a family of 5 at a 4 person table then stood in confusion turning in circles looking for someone to figure out what to do. Leaves the family standing there for 10 minutes confused, mind you there was at least 5 tables that could sit the family comfortably surrounding the table he took them to the tables were all dirty and other employees were not friendly.

I definitely will not be back to this location. The wait time for my food was atleast 20 mins passed the time it said it was going to be ready and it was not even packed as I have seen it before. The girls behind the counter drinking their personal bevages, on their cell phones and to each other, scratching their hair with long nails and just overhall not welcoming. I also found a long hair in my ranch which was extremely gross and I was waiting for my fries to be cooked, got a very small portion and my chicken was cold when I got home and I live barely 5 mins aways and to top it off there was no fork for my salad. Only thing I could say that was accurate was me having to call and ask for them to put the lemon pepper seasoning on the side of my fries instead of on top of them like I had put on the app because it didnt give me the option to do so on the app or if it did I overlooked.

Wings tiny slow service asked for cheese on fries and it was a sprinkle my wife said fries taste like captain d's and the onion rings batter taste like sweet hush puppies and the wings were over cooked i usually give good reviews but this was bad i hope they can get it together.
Service was a little slow but otherwise food was good.

we used to really like buffalo wild wings however this experience was not up to what we expected. most of the tables were not clean and we had to look for a table that was cleaned. we were at the restaurant around 3:30 and the place wasn’t very busy. we did get our food fairly quickly. my husband had the bone in wings and he wasn’t impressed. the wings were small and over half of the were not the drumsticks. i ordered the bacon smash burger. the burger was actually really good. the service was not up to par as we had to look for our server more than once to refill our drinks. we probably won’t be eating there in the near future.
