Just left the Todd’s rd location put our name on the list only to find out our name was skipped over after we brought it to there attention we were seated. Waited approximately 15 minutes and no one even bothered to stop and take our drink order while everyone seated after us had been served. Worst service ever!!! I might add the inside smelled horribly like mildew

This location is just as bad as the one in Georgetown. I waited 35 minutes past when my food was supposed to be ready for pickup. The restaurant didn’t even look busy either. I see a bunch of others complaining as well about orders not being ready. I also realized when I got home that they got the order wrong.

They were great! my dasher was rude to them, then took my order and cancelled it with me. The manager here took care of me and quickly got me a reorder when I came to pick up. Awesome service.

Our ser er was Miranda and she did a fabulous job. We had a party of 20 and at no point was drinks empty or orders messed up. Kitchen staff was quick to get the food out and she was quick to get it delivered. All around great experience thanks to Miranda and the staff. We will be back.

We come here frequently from out of town for big games and events. We always try to sit in Madison‘s area because she always makes it very enjoyable! She’s very attentive, friendly, and makes our experience even better! The food is great, the atmosphere is outstanding and we’re always welcome!

Was quickly seated and didn’t have to wait very long. The server was very nice and attentive and took our order quickly and accurately. The food was great and the price was reasonable. I enjoyed watching the game while I ate.

this bdubs is a complete waste of time, got there 45 mins before tip off and couldn’t get seated. it was 15 mins before tip when other people started walking in and they were seated even tho they came in after us. dude in the glasses with tattoos needs to get his eyes checked.
My order was supposed to be ready for pick 9:10 , it’s 9:32 and it’s not ready yet , no one at the register takes the time to even say hi , they just pass and pass and no one help us .! Worst customer service and ones I got home my fries are old and hard and my order it’s wrong.! I call the store 2 times no one answers😡

Just got up and left. Cluster of people sat very closely together, no employees anywhere, sat so long waiting to be greeted until we finally just left. Any other time at this location my main complaint is the kitchen times. Lack of service is a consistent issue at this location though
