Had a DoorDash for this location 40 minutes prior to close and nobody answered at the drive thru nor would anybody answer the phone calls. Went to the window and waited to be greeted by a rude manager 15 minutes later to say they was closed when they didn’t close for another 30 minutes. Waste of my time and stealing money on the clock.

Just went through the drive thru the young lady 1st was very rude taking the order and after asking her a question she just shut the window in my face. Wow is all I can say .

I would leave zero stars if I could but I came today for lunch to get food, & the woman that was in the drive thru was rude as can be. I hand her my money & she gave me a evil look, so I told her I don't want the food & asked for my money back. The manager gave me my money back but not once said sorry about that have a nice day or nothing. I've never had this happen before at bk, if you want customers you gotta treat them better then that I'm deff not satisfied.

I had a whopper jr. and a spicy chicken sandwich to go. I've got to tell you it was one of the best BK experiences ever. If you haven't tried the spicy chicken sandwich I highly recommend it. I added lettuce, onion, and tomato. Yumm. French fries were perfect and the whopper was warm and excellent too.

They had good hot fresh fries...but now for the whopper...absoutley terrible...it was cold as it could be..not even warm in the slightest...it was very very cold as if it had been sitting for hours..preperation was just as bad..looks like they just threw the toppings at it and then sat on it...pitiful!...chicken wrap was also cold and way way to much sauce on it...threw both in the trash.

Ordered double whopper, no cheese heavy pickle, got back to work took a bite, some one dumped some sort off hot sauce on the burger. Done with this place.
Waited in the drive thru 15-20 minutes without order being taken at the speaker to be told at the window they wouldn't take my order. Couldn't hear anything at the speaker except static and assumed it wasn't working to be told at the window she asked to take my order three times. Poor and unacceptable service! I will not be back!

I will drive across town to the next one to eat at Burger King. I always use my rewards for free stuff. Today I was told I cannot do that. What’s the point of offering rewards and making it free if I have to buy something first. I know this is not the policy and the woman that called me a man twice to my face just didn’t know her job and had no idea how to work the register. Instead of getting help she refused me service and my food. That’s why I go to McDonald’s. Cause it ain’t so hard to use EARNED rewards. To be called a man is one thing but to refuse my service is taking it to another level. This was on my lunch break so I had no time to curse her out like I wanted. I won’t be back and if anyone wants food service with good food might want to go somewhere else.

I love Burger King, that's why I keep going back, but the service there is very low quality, not saying that about all the employees but this one needs help either raising the pay or help finding better qualified people to deal with the public.
