Xavier is the best manager. We love stopping by this location during our moving services lunch break. He is friendly and always takes care of his customers. Highly recommend this joint

I am extremely frustrated with the repeated issues at the Seren Drive location.
Almost every time I go through this drive-through, something is missing from my order. I have worked in the food industry myself, so I understand mistakes can happen but this has become a consistent pattern.
This time, I had to return immediately because items were missing before I even left the parking lot. After getting home, I realized my daughter’s fries were missing from her meal. The last visit, her entire order was forgotten.
I spoke with Larissa on the phone and explained that it was not reasonable to expect me to drive back again over a missing fry, especially after already returning once. She assured me that my entire order would be replaced for the inconvenience.
However, when my husband returned to the store and gave my name, he was told they would only replace the fries. That is not what was promised.
This is not about whether I can afford the food. I can. It’s about principle and accountability. Customers should not have to repeatedly spend gas money and time correcting mistakes that should have been caught before the food reached the window.
There are clear steps in place — check the order, mark it, and verify it again. This location seems to skip those steps regularly. After reading the reviews, I can see this is a frequent complaint.
Additionally, I attempted to contact corporate and was hung up on twice while speaking with Derick at this location. That is unacceptable customer service.
I am asking that this be handled properly. If a full replacement is promised, it should be honored. Customers should not be told one thing on the phone and another in person.
Additionally, corporate does not accept phone calls, and complaints submitted through email appear to go unanswered. When customers are unable to reach corporate support or receive responses to documented concerns, it creates the impression that accountability is being avoided rather than addressed. At this point and with all the reviews, I know you all know.
Please address the consistent quality control issues at this store. Do better sincerely a mom whose kids love Burger King. That is the only reason I bother trying to give this place a chance. Each time, this is the result.
Went today for a fish sandwich instead of McDonald's and what a sad piece of small dry fish it was. Also ask for extra lettuce which was not put on but paid for. Another restaurant with low quality food acting like customers won't notice the difference.

Worse service I can’t even understand why they have to be so rude, not only the employees but the manager. Since I started to order the person had an attitude, when I pulled to the window the girl had an attitude, was rude all I said was there’s no need for the attitude and all of the sudden there’s the manager screaming to get out the way if I had all my food, my daughters were in the car with me he didn’t care, to finish things they forgot my fries

Burger King is a great place for burgers, their burgers taste like 100% ground beef, the whopper, Jr whooper chicken sandwich, and fish sandwich are great , cant go wrong, clean restaurant, friendly staff, plenty of free parking, priced fairly, highly recommend.

A visit this Burger King a lot for breakfast. The lady that opens the store in the mornings is just awesome she's friendly she's quick she's accurate she's just great. However later on in the day I don't know what's going on but the manager that answers the phone is a male and I don't know what that deal is but they do things a lot differently than the opening lady does The opening lady should be management not the one that's a manager. The other day I ordered two junior burritos now mind you I order these all the time off the two for three menu They came with a half a piece of sausage this day no hash browns no cheese just a half a piece of sausage and sauce. So when my husband called the store the so-called male manager said that that's the way it comes. So I look it up and he clearly lied Don't let them fool you The two for three junior burritos have the same exact thing on them as the regular junior burritos He actually stated that the lady in the morning made a mistake no she didn't He did however he did say if we come up there he would make it right So if he's going to make it right then why was he saying it wasn't wrong. Anyway this is a good fast food establishment for the most part The lying of the shift leaders needs to stop though. Have a great day I hope my post helped.

Have to update. The employees know nothing about the app. I ordered online and was told that the broiler was broken so they couldn't sell burgers. I asked for a refund. Oh, you have to go through the app. Still no refund, so I called only to be told by the manager that she is busy and can't help me and hung up on me. Very rude.
