The place was not busy, and the girl who took my order repeated it back to me once at the speaker and twice at the window. I'm pretty sure these aren't onion rings, and my husband is right - I should have looked in the bag before I drove away from the window (and 20 minutes home!). I tried to call to complain, but nobody answered the phone.

Recently ordered one of the new “limited” items a Mushroom Swiss Melt.. MELT.. that was totally untoasted and cold… And when I called to ask about possibly coming back and showing them and getting a proper toasted mushroom swiss MELT they said because I ordered on the app their “policy” wouldn’t allow them to replace any items…. This is absolutely ridiculous, won’t be back.

I went through the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order. The only reason I noticed was because I was eating the onion rings I didn't order. Went back around. The told me I was going to have to wait at the speaker before someone could take my order. They came back and asked if they could help. I said hey I got the wrong order... he said yeah, come on back around.
I get to the window. Big dude demands the bag back. Before I could say how yummy the onion rings were, he took the bag and walked out on the floor and gave it to another customer. I will be unable to eat anything from this location because I don't know if someone has eaten half of it or gone through the bag. I can't believe they actually took the food back and then gave it to another customer.

Sad that they've become a scam. No prices on the menus at the drive up or inside (we went inside because of the lack of pricing on the drive up menu). Inside, when I asked the prices, I was not actually charged what I was quoted for a Plain Whopper, fries, and a drink. The fries weren't even half full, the whopper had cheese (didn't order it, never do) and the cashier seemed extremely aggravated when I asked why there were no prices listed. I will try another Burger King in town, if there are no prices, I won't come back EVER.
Kid-friendliness: The seat was filthy, we looked at three tables and all the seats and tables were dirty. Wouldn't let my kid sit there.
I sometimes go to the one on harrodsburg road and lane Allen and I will have to say that the service is good and the atmosphere is great and the food is good the employees and the managers or just really outgoing and good people and happy to see you when you come through the door there pretty outgoing I will have to say and have good attitudes and they go out of their way to make sure that you're satisfied with your meal
