My drive thru order was #1 with cheese and Coke Zero. I pay and go home. In the bag was a fish sandwich with a hard bun and fish that tasted like it was rolled in salt. Fries cold and 11 bucks in the trash. Come on BK... do better!

Burger King could not serve beef products. Comments made from back they didn't care if people were mad they weren't cooking beef. Understand it's New Years eve and they wanted to get out of there....but come on. Additionally, homeless people sleeping in the dining area and in vehicle in parking lot.

I just swung through the drive-thru there was nobody around and I looked to just get a large cup of cola. So I went to the window in my car and waved nicely and the woman comes over and immediately harangues me for not following some kind of sheep protocol. The thing is they have to enter it into the computer either way and she made it seem like it was some kind of safety issue which of course it isn't. The only proper response she should have had is thank you for choosing us considering we're selling you this overpriced $3 large Coca-Cola. This is one reason I think that some people are not really fit for business or management. So you just turned a five-star review into a two-star review and your franchise location will get less of my business than other ones. All because you have a problem with nice people that wave to you at the drive-thru window. Good one bra

The people here are friendly, but everything is hard and precooked apparently.. I can’t imagine why because they are rarely busy when I come through so why not cook things fresh.. the jalapeno cheese and bacon cheese bites are hard enough to use for weaponry, patties sit in drawers, and French fries and even onion rings are cold.. every time.when dining in you seem to be a nuisance and the foods no better. man this would be good food if anyone cared to serve it fresh.. the lack of pride in one’s work is bringing down some potentially great places to eat around Lexington.. this is one of those. I have a family of four and we like the idea of the extra items so I’ve waisted a lot at this place.. cinnamon rolls are hard and they don’t give icing either.. it’s a shame .. I’m sure other locations are better though I am always hopeful this one improves

Placed an order through doordash, for a simple Original Chicken Sandwich Meal. Instead of canceling the order on their end when they were out of the product, they simply took the money and I only received the fries and drink. Absolutely ridiculous service, I've work in foos service for years, there is always an option to cancel for being out of a product. Absurd and unprofessional.

I do not care what anybody says. Their food always hits!! Even if they mess up your order as long as you’re not a boomer it’s not hard to go back through the drive-through and request it fixed or go in the lobby to have it fixed. The food is always hot and fresh I’ve never had a bad experience. The fries are always salted. The price for one is also so cheap. The staff are kind and friendly. Anytime they’ve messed up my order they always fix it. Remember to treat fast food workers with respect. Best Burger King hands down.

Today, October 27, 10:30,pm I went to buy a coke, they gave it to me without flavor, I said, without ice. I came back to be changed and given another one, the girl gave it ice, I told her not to ice, she got angry and I threw the glass with a very bad attitude.
The got rid of mellow yellow at this location. Fail.

Normally when I come here its okay, but we came in randomly around 11:45 pm on August 15 and it was bomb! Nice classic whopper, fresh food, great customer service, whoever was in there tonight they are killing it!

Perfectly prepared whopper! The franchise really needs to go back to basic. Cleanliness of the dining room wasn't perfect, but they seemed short handed. Overall this was a good visit for lunch!

Order Whopper with Half onion rings and fries. Whopper was good but the fries were cold and onion rings were the right temperature. As I was waiting on my food I observed the employee by the drive thru window serving cold fries that came out of a clear pan. I would say something but it’s common sense not to serve customers cold food so I won’t be coming back until this is resolved!
