Went in with 4 people. Multiple people looked at and walked right past us standing at the register. Not even saying "We'll be with you in a minute". On their phones jn the Back, standing in a little circle, giving us the stink eye till we said hello. She said we're busy. Not to mention the uncleanlimess. We will not return

Seems like there is a new owner. Staff are all different. Last 5 times we've eaten here (over several months) they've ignored every customization. The fries are under cooked and cold, drinks taste funky, and I'm hearing of and saw pictures of raw food being served from social media sites.

the food is good but the employees were all outside smoking when i pulled up and then proceeded to lock each other out and run around the building while trying to take my order. the girl screamed in the mic and was laughing as they were goofing off.
then handed me a frozen coke that was overflowing and it spilled all over me and my car’s interior. she replaced it with one not so full but never gave me napkins to clean the mess. the girl also never even got my full order which i didn’t realize until i got home so thanks for that.
the people are nice but if you’re gonna take a smoke break maybe don’t all take it at once and then mess around while you have customers.

On Friday night, September 6th, I made a mobile order for cheese fries and two milkshakes. After arriving and waiting for 15 minutes, they only gave me the cheese fries which were COLD, and told me they didn’t have milkshakes because the machine was broken. I asked for a refund, but they said they couldn’t do it since I had ordered through the app. I contacted Burger King through the app, and their solution was to offer a gift card, which I refused, as I requested a refund, but they refused to issue one. But I’ve called my bank and took care of it!! This location is an absolute garbage, and this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with their service.

This was like 4 years ago but I went through the drive thru. I forgot to order buffalo and ranch. They wanted to charge my card again for like 50 cents. Haven’t been to a BK since and never will. Take a page from chick-fil-a, customer service really does matter. Lost a customer for life!
