Use to love this place but they significantly cut hours of operation - closed completely on Monday and Tuesday- and just felt like it was a shell of its former self. Visited on a Wednesday for an early dinner and the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for days..and wasn’t because they were busy, there was only one other customer there. In addition ordered a fountain drink only to find out only one of the two machines was even on- the one on didn’t have any Diet options- told the person at register who gave me a bottle of Diet Coke. Used the cup he originally gave me for ice and they didn’t have any lids for it out. So paid for a $3 bottle of Diet Coke. Burger was good and reason for any stars today- but with the cost and experience today, I’ll be going elsewhere from now on- too bad.
My fries were delish but my burger was cold and not good. McDonald's would've been a better option and I hate McDonald's.
My husband and I ate here for lunch and we were extremely disappointed. Last time we ate here was a couple years ago and the quality has really gone downhill since then. When we first walked in, the floors were sticky and our shoes were literally sticking to the floor... our cashier seemed completely out of it and when we asked him questions about certain menu items, he basically told us that he couldn't answer anything. They were out of half of the menu items and condiments. Our food tasted weird and we felt sick after eating it. Also, I ordered a cookies and cream milkshake with extra cookies and they just gave me a separate container of cookies that were too large to put in the shake, so I had to crush them up myself. We paid around $40 for our meal and honestly, you can get better quality at McDonald's for a much cheaper price. It's safe to say that we won't be back.

Burger was good and made fast and the staff was friendly enough, but 80% of the drinks were out, there were no condiments, and the place seemed to have not been cleaned in quite a while…
14-SEP-22, around 6:00pm.Staff were friendly but seemed a little distracted. One young man made a point to check up on us.The burgers tasted good, but the fries were burnt and soggy, and one of the onion rings was just fried onion skin/peel/paper.Two soda fountains, one was off, the other had no diet options available, and limited standard options. Not good enough to warrant a return visit.Next time, we’ll find a Freddie’s.
Ran out of hotdog buns, ran out of ketchup, the CEO burger was way too greasy and didn't taste good because who wants a mouth full of sweet tasting grease, and can't really say customer service was great. The fries were good though but that's about the only positive I had. I tried it once and wasn't my cup of tea.
I like a simple burger, meat bun cheese mayo tomato salt and pepper, got what I like. Delicious and huge portions of fries. Yum
Sticky floor ,no greetings. Thre diefrend burgers with same look, no egg, no jalapenos no souses... Frys was burnd and bitter... I wander if the owner visited the place or have a dinner there the last year or two
Very IG worthy. The bean burger is good. Onion rings are very impressive looking, but I realized I don't like the HUGE onion slices. Too much onion, not enough better. My wife and I only got about halfway through one order. Also, very disappointed they no longer serve beer

Onion rings were soggy and stuck together. Fries were the same. My burger was not served as ordered. My daughter and son in law were never broght their food and eventually gave up when they found that it had not been started and everyone else was done eating. For the price we expect better food and service.
If I could leave zero stars, I would. The food was greasy, the fries were both cold and burnt, the floor was so sticky that my feet almost came out of my shoes a few times, the staff of 3 was completely disinterested and disengaged, and then there’s the matter of the drink machine. There are two coke machines in the restaurant and I noticed one had the door open to it when we walked in, like someone had started to refill but didn’t finish. So when we go to get our drinks, I see the other machine was off. So NEITHER were functional and none of the employees seemed to care. When I asked about drinks the one girl said she would have to come fix it. I then proceeded to wait for 5-10 minutes while she was in the kitchen before she came out to tend to the machine (which was absolutely DISGUSTING on the inside). No apologies for the inconvenience or wait or anything. As an extra note - none of the condiment dispensers were functional either. I paid $40 for this lunch for my family of three and could’ve gone down the street to any sit down restaurant and paid the same price for a much higher quality meal and experience. This place needs a serious management overhaul and we will absolutely NEVER eat here again.
I ordered & was charged for an item they didn’t put in the bag.The floor was so dirty my shoes were sticking to it. (Gross)One drink dispenser wasn’t working and the other was out of ingredients. This place is a mess and at this point it feels overpriced for the service they provide
Visited a BurgerFi in Lexington KY in April, 2022 The advertised craft beer had been removed months ago per a disinterested staff. The burgers were tasteless despite a cost comparable to Five Guys. The soda machine was filthy. Maybe this chain's other locations are different but this Lexington KY spot was horrible, engages in deceptive advertising. Do NOT go there!
At 12:30 on a Saturday afternoon, you know LUNCH TIME, the floor is sticky and covered in dirt, one drink machine is off the other one has been opened to refill. When we asked how we were supposed to fill our drink cups we were treated like an inconvenience.
