This place is permanently closed and has been since January (two months) yet they or someone else keeps reporting it is open and running across all platforms including their own app. Makes no sense. They've been evicted and their storefront is even for rent!

Been here three different times in two weeks and they are always randomly closed, google and their website and all their other stuff says they should be open but every time that i’ve come here and there’s never a sign on the door or anything either, just don’t waste ur time trying to make it here they prolly gonna be closed id go to the one by the mall for sure they at least tell u when they’re gonna be closed

Delicious Burgers hands down, a little expensive but worth it, quality ingredients and toppings ?Parking is difficult if you don't live on campus, also the staff is really friendly. I've eaten at BurgerFi in many different cities and locations, this is a great addition to UK and downtown Lexington.

They are always closed! And they gave me $50 in gift cards because they closed early and forgot to turn off their app, I ordered, drove there, they were closed. They charged my card and it took weeks to get a refund. I have tried 5 times to use their gift cards but they have been closed each time. A restaurant located on the biggest college campus in Kentucky and they close at 6pm each night. Management from shift mgrs to regional to corporate are horrible! Please leave so a Five Guys can take up residence there!

Large menus don’t work. Now I know why. $33 for 2 small burgers, 2 small fries, 2 small drinks. Fries cold although good sized for small. Out of most drink selections including Coke and Coke Zero. No soap in mens room (how are employees washing their hands). Closed at 6:30 due to staffing but had 3 workers with no customers. One and only visit for me. Go a couple blocks down to Canes and save money.

The board was down and as a new customer visiting, I wasn't sure what they had to offer, they had a paper with limited options. But I got the rep to tell me a little bit more. My order came in a timely manner and the food was good.

I order from BurgerFi several times a month. I tend to try to eat healthy, but want a cheeseburger every now and then. Yesterday I ordered on the app and drove to pick up my order only to find that they were closed “due to staffing shortages”. That’s a bunch of bull! It’s right across the street front he biggest college in Kentucky and students have been back for three weeks. They charged my credit card… $16.37 for a cheeseburger and a cry&fry… I realize now it’s too pricy. Anyway… they have lost my business… I drove way out of my way to Five Guys, and I think I like their burgers better anyway...To the person who replied... I've filled out that link twice, replied to the survey they sent to see how service was, have called several times. No response. At this point, BurgerFi stole my money. I will let anyone who mentions BurgerFi to me again what a horrible experience I've had.

Ashley Quintana was so kind and helpful, I was short a dollar and she took money out of her own pocket to spot me, that was the kindness thing I’ve ever had a stranger do for me.Someone like that deserves a raise if you ask me.

Sorry, not a fan of this quinoa veggie burger at all! It's very, very dry. Also my cheese fries had a weird mint taste... cross-contamination in the kitchen or just a strange cheese choice? Who knows, but they weren't good. If you're looking for a veggie burger, either try their beyond one or go somewhere else.

Restaurant is unable to maintain predictable hours. Today I arrived and they were closing at 6 vs. 11 pm stated in the door. They have posted that these will be the hours until the end of August now. The other location has been closed for over a month with no sign of reopening.

The food got to us quick and it was edible. That's about the extent of good that we had out of this experience. (hence the 2 stars) The food was awful, all you could taste was grease, even on my wife's veggie burger. Upon entering we were let down by the atmosphere. I wasn't expecting a fast food joint and there definitely wasn't anything kraft about any of it. While I was making up my mind about what I wanted to order, the cashier decided she wanted to go to the kitchen to talk to the cook and then she went out to the dining area to talk to another worker. In a very condescending tone asked us to tell her when we were ready. We had been ready right after she left to talk to the cook, but she never went back to the register.
