The new breading is disgusting. No one I've spoken to likes it. They also got rid of their sweet and sour sauce. No more captain disgusting for us or many of my friends.

Terrible service...placed an order online went to pick it up was told to pull to the front because it wasn't ready so I did so after waiting 30 mins Noone came out yes they were busy so I was trying to be patient because that's understandable but eventually I went back around and was told they were still working on my order at the speaker and my food was being cooked. I get to the window and the girl tells me someone already picked my food up which clearly wasn't me.... (couldve just said u gave my food to someone else)...anywho Long story short I had to pull to the front and wait again at this point total waiting was almost an hour....to make it right they gave me a comp drink and cheesecake. Which is fine I just will never be back here. Terrible for a FAST food place.

Go to another captain ds if you want tartar sauce. Lady seem like she had a problem she even forgot even when I offered to pay. Had to come back only for her to try to give me 3 tiny tarter cups for 10 piece.

Every time I come to this location, my food order is wrong when I go through the drive-thru. Even after watching the cashier open the box and check my order, it was still wrong. I ordered coleslaw instead of fries and instead got fries with NO coleslaw in sight. Just frustrating.

Got really sick after eating at this location. The drive through manager was super friendly but I was sick for a day and a half after eating here. I got the fish and chicken meal with coleslaw.

I ordered a southern white fish with fries and green beans. I was told it was $11.76. I got the food and ticket. The food was right but the ticket said $12.70 and said 2 large fish sandwiches. I thought maybe I was handed the wrong ticket so I checked my account. Sure enough I was charged $12.70! I'm not a happy customer! I tried to call the store and kept getting a busy signal. I called the # on the ticket and couldn't finish telling my issue to the recording before it hung up on me!!! Great job Captain D's! Reynolds Rd is the worst!
