Its 630 pm the store was to be open till 10 pm was closed it's a Monday night . Worst store ever needs new crew in it that will do whats right .I have worked in good service for over 40 years and to me if the store is to be open it should be open not closed. I also have been a manger most of the 40 years and never closed early or turned a way coustermers. I would have let the crew that is in there go for closing early

If you go to this location, keep in mind you cannot use your phone a.k.a. tap to pay because they don’t have it available. Who in the world at this day in age has ever heard of that from a fast food restaurant. Not to mention I sat in line for 15 minutes all to be told that at the window. Whoever the franchise owner is of this location, needs to do something about it

On Thursday, 5/22/25 I went through drive thru on Reynolds road. The young man on the speaker was very polite. I get to the window after a small wait behind the car in front of me (less than 10 minutes) and discover they were short staffed and the young man is working hard (i think by himself) to take care of the customers. He was super polite, my food was hot and correct and he was still doing his job and offering me a smile. I wish id gotten his name. In an age where barely anyone speaks anymore except to tell you how much you owe, it was nice to see his smile even when I'm sure he didn't feel like giving it. Thank you!

Had the worst Fast Food / Captain Ds Experience this past Saturday EVER! The “Manager” Seemed like she was high on drugs. First it started with he making corrections for the customer in the driver-thru, took only 20+ To Order our food, for her to put the order in Incorrectly & not understanding we wanted the “New” Family Meal that we Literally pointed to the sign/picture in lobby. The Other customer in drive thru came INTO the store complaining of sitting there for the past 30+ mins, manager then had them put yet another fish sandwich down for her. Our Order was ALL WRONG & we used a 25% Off the Entire Meal coupon for her to only use it on ‘One Small Drink” giving a whole 45 cents off.
Manager was Flustered, walked away. The other Manager refused to come the front. The staff member seemed as he were High too, prepared 4 small cups of ice for our 4 drinks…. was distracted & then made us only 2 Large Sweet Teas… we didn’t get all our food, there were several people waiting to order - I Gave Up.
Continued to watch her Bring out the WRONG Tray of Food to the next customer.
And NO ONE WASHED THEIR HANDS or Wore Gloves.

Sorry to say but this Captain D's wasn't up to standard. The fish was overcooked, the seasoning was absent from the breading. Saving my receipt for a refund.

The new breading is disgusting. No one I've spoken to likes it. They also got rid of their sweet and sour sauce. No more captain disgusting for us or many of my friends.
