We got food last night, and the only thing that was decent was the chicken. The fries, shrimp, and hush puppies were soaked in grease and were soggy, and the fish tasted horrible, like it had gone bad. My son has been sick all morning. Please teach your employees how to do their jobs and stop cooking bad fish and soaking everything in grease.

This entire day crew should be fired. The cashier was high as hell, the manager in the back that was cooking left items from my order and got an attitude when I came back in to get said items, put her hands all over my food without gloves, etc. I just asked for a refund after that. She slammed my refund on the counter and went about her business. What the actual hell?

oh my... customer service... horrible. my entire order was messed up, the kid was paying more attention to his phone than his job. are they allowed to use their phones like that while working? I asked TWICE please make sure to put plenty of vinegar in the bag. I put great emphasis on this. I have a weird food thing. the kid I guess was smiling, he had a mask on, winked and say got ya! then watched him stand and play on his phone till it was time to screw up my order. I ordered the jumbo fish tenders, the menu makes no mention they're spicy. I can't have spicy foods anymore. so I call, the kid in the drive thru is who answered the phone. Not only did he say to me," umm we don't do the advertising, that's for like our bosses" I was so mad over his, "yeah so what" attitude I didn't even notice till I hung up the phone, I ordered green beans, he gave me Mac and cheese. I can't have Mac and cheese. and then the grand finale... he gave me a FORK to eat the loaded potato with no bacon bits or cheese on it!! Well worth the $25 bucks I wasted!, Especially after working 16 hours!! Yeah, no... I will not come back nor will I recommend this location to anyone!!??7

I will not be going here again. I placed an order on their website, and when I arrived I overheard the manager telling the workers it was a doordash order?? It was my order, and I did not use doordash, I used your website. Because they thought it was a doordash, they skimped on my order and almost forgot to give me both my sides, and they didn't give me the hushpuppies that I paid for, at all. I work food service, I know how this works, they half-*ssed the order because they thought it was doordash. But no, it was my order, and you guys just lost a customer. Also, one of the employees working in the kitchen kept staring out with a very angry expression like he wanted to hurt people. This was around 2 PM 9/24. If you hate your customers that much you should probably quit.
This place dishes out food that's soggy from yesterday then microwave today.The food was not good enough for my dog.And the people that work there look at you with hatred. Never again
