Caramanda's Bake Shoppe

My friend always gets cakes from here and they have always been so beautiful. I had planned my daughter’s first birthday from the moment I found out she would be a girl. I wanted to use this bakery because the cake my friend got for my baby shower was so cute. I spent almost 90 bucks on this and my heart sank when I saw it. It looked like they just didn’t care. I’ve spent the weekend trying to rationalize it and it’s the only conclusion I can reach. I debated on making this post because the baby didn’t care. But 90 buck for this. They got my money and maybe I’m not good at ordering fancy cakes but I know I didn’t say minimalist bare cake . My guest remarked on how good it tasted but on how bad it looked. Should have seen their expressions when I told them what I paid. (Blurred out the middle part of the name for privacy)

I had to place a last minute order for my daughter’s birthday cake. I received excellent customer service and the cake was both beautiful and delicious! I will be returning for more orders!

I'm so thankful for Caramanda's Bake Shop! I was in a bind, and they came through with cupcakes that were both great to look at and taste! I needed cupcakes to celebrate the life of my deceased cousin, who was in the AKA fraternity. The colors I requested were pink and green. My cousin would have been 22, so these came out perfectly!

Caramandas did my custom wedding cake. Three layers Strawberry, Chocolate and Vanilla. the frosting was the best frosting I've ever tasted. They made the cake exactly how I asked. It looked perfect and everyone loved it. I would for sure use them again in the future. The cake was for 80 people and it costs about $440 with delivery. My husband gets me a special birthday cake each year, this year it came from Caramanda’s. This cake was the best I have ever had, it was a white cake with white buttercream icing and yellow roses. Absolutely top notch , moist, not too sugary and just perfect. This is number one bakery in Lexington, KY. Great customer service. I asked my husband if we could do a mid year birthday cake since his was so fabulous. I have shared with many and keep doing what you all do! Deliver your best product! Thank you for making my day special.My cake and icing are what I like best.

Our adult children and ourselves were both traveling out of state to meet halfway for a weekend visit in Lexington. We wanted a special cake to celebrate our grand babies upcoming birthdays. We found Caramanda’s online and it was close to our hotel. It was so easy to place an online order and pick up was a breeze! We were so taken aback when we got to see all the yummy confections they have in house to purchase and the cake we got was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!!!! It was very moist and the icing was just the right amount of sweetness!! It was a huge hit with the family and a very special memory we’ll have for a lifetime! Caramanda’s is wonderful and we will certainly be ordering again on our visit to Lexington!!
