” They were sweeping the floor and then using the same broom to clean the chairs. I asked the manager if that was okay, and she said it was fine for us. I mentioned that people walk back and forth to the bathroom on those floors, and she just replied, “So?”

Decent food for the prices, equivalent to Malones. Tip for old fashions, only use single cube or spherical ice (Crescent causes the cocktail to water down very quickly)
We went on a Friday night. Server was Legend and she lived up to her name!! She was so friendly and outgoing. The food was awesome!!! So we went back Saturday for Brunch!!!
Good menu
Really got staff
& good vibes
Always enjoy myself there with my family.
My sister and I recently had lunch at Carson‘s in Andover and had the best experience! Our waitress, Brittany, was so lovely and provided top-notch service! We will be back very soon!!

Had reservations at 5:30 PM on Father’s Day. Had to wait, even though there were available tables. Sat at a high top at the bar, was very loud. Not only was the server waiting on tables that he was bartending too, which delayed our service tremendously. It took two hours to order, be waited on and eat! Food was okay, but pricey! The atmosphere was good, but you can’t beat Carson‘s on Main!! Will not return to this location…

We had my mother's 80th birthday celebration at Carsons Andover. Not only was the food delicious, the service was impeccable. They worked with us from beginning to end. They were very patient as we changed the number of guests a couple of times. I could not have been more pleased. My mother really enjoyed her day.
I cant thank the staff enough. They went over and beyond.

Had a good experience at Carson’s. Dined with a large group and they had no trouble accommodating.
Tried the nachos and loaded fries appetizers, both were good. Main course was filet mignon with bbq Mac and cheese. Filet was a little small but well cooked. After diner I had the fried Derby bites, which were excellent.
Overall, a nice spot for a diner.

Great food and service. It’s a shame that nearly every space had to have an oversized television playing golf. It really took away from the beautiful decor. And a side note to management- half the population are women- perhaps that should be reflected when the tv’s are turned on.

We had a 6:30 pm dinner reservation for our family to celebrate my mom’s 86th birthday. We had a party of 10 family members from Chicago, Nashville & Lexington. I chose Carson’s after looking at their website & thinking it would be a good place for dinner. We were running behind schedule, due to family’s travel to Lexington. I called the restaurant to let them know we would be late for our reservation, & that my elderly mom was on a walker. We arrived with our family at 6:55 pm only to be told that our reservation could not be held past the 15 min grace period. We spoke to the general manager Ryan & he told us that there was absolutely nothing that could be done. My husband & I offered several suggestions like splitting our party or sitting at the bar, but Ryan offered no flexibility. I’ve dined at a lot of places, but I have never experienced a manager that didn’t try to accommodate in some way. I made a call to Sedona Taphouse on Newtown pike, they had a table sat up, the food was good & the service was excellent. Turning a negative situation into a positive one.

We usually take a trip to Tennessee or Florida to find food like this. This was my first-time eating brunch here, and it didn't disappoint. I'd highly recommend the fried chicken breakfast, or anything with the gravy. Also a shout out to our server, her name is Legend. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and was on point. 10 out of 10.

We had the most wonderful waitress. When I told her it was my first visit to Carson's she went through the whole menu in less than 5 minutes. She gave me her favorites and the most popular dishes in each section. Our table ended up ordering almost everything she recommended! We had a wonderful time.
