I understand that sometimes it’s a rush. But there is no need to be rude to customers when we are just simply saying we are missing multiple items. I ordered a kids meal and I was missing fire and a side of Oreos. I literally only got the wings. when I said I was missing the items the manger flip over the screen and got upset at us. Instead of getting us what we are missing she got upset at us. We didn’t leave until we got what we paid for .. but it’s the fact most of employees including the manger talked to us very rude, treated us rude, and the food wasn’t even all that for the price. Never going back

The tiny bit of chicken for $11 is ridiculous. Will be contacting corporate. And when I showed them this, they said it was normal.

I ordered the Philly steak and was incredibly disappointed. It was 85% bread and maybe 15% meat. If that. For the price it wasn't worth it. Won't be back.

The drink cups are of poor quality, very thin and you can't hold them well because the plastic is so flexible. When you insert the straw, the cup bends and the liquid falls out.

I have always loves eating at Charlie’s whenever on Air Force base. Went to one at the mall and the meat (beef) consist of sandwich meat not Philly steak bland no flavor hardly any lunch meat as well. Thumbs down for the quality of food they have moved to.

Service here sucks! No organization just people everywhere. I placed an online order waited in line and and was supposed to pick it up at 316 pm. As of 327 still wasn't done.At that point i had 3 minutes to walk darn near 0.5 miles back to my store. Dont have time for this. The manager on shift was nice jus they obviously don't process online orders with customers in front of them which by concept is COMPLETELY BACKWARDS! Mall employees are LUCKY to get a darn lunch to spend 90% in line and the rest walking to and from. 14.00 darn dollars for no food. Forreal.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the crew working this evening. They had an impossible customer with a horrible attitude that attacked all of them. The manager was professional considering the long line and the chaos around her. She stood up for her crew while continuing to help the other customers. The impossible customer said they were going to contact corporate. I really hope that if she does, corporate sees this post and praises the manager with how well she lead her team. Please know you have a winning manager and crew at this location! Fayette Mall, Lexington Ky, Saturday 9/21 Evening Crew. Gold Star!!!!!

The women cashier name bryanna at the didn't looked at us talked under her breath pretty sure was cussing us out for not tipping and was hateful as hell. Also for $30 for two regular subs and two drinks spend your money somewhere else.

I ordered a 15$ sub that had less than an ounce of meat on it. Bread was burnt around edges, asked the clerk if they could help fix the sandwich in any way and they refused to offer any help. Food looked like anything but what was advertised.

If you order from CHARLEYS CHEESESTEAKS and use UBER EATS COUNT ON THE RESTERAUNT AND DRIVER FOR NO ACCOUNTABILITY. I WAS MISSING HALF MY FOOD AND NOBODY WANTED TO ACCEPT ACCOUNTABILITY! AND THE FOOD SUCKED! I WOULD GOTO SUBWAY!!! DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE FOOD!!!!

Great food, the Steak Philly was fantastic as well as the fries. The Fayette Mall location had the largest line in the mall.
