Where's the steak?

Taste was decent, but I've never had so little steak on a Cheesesteak sandwich. Kind of pitiful actually.

I also ordered the the Cheese and Bacon Fries (sorry - no picture), the ones that were cooked were good, but about 1/3 of the fries were still cold and raw.

As with all new places in Bowling Green, they were slammed, so maybe things will get better, but it was very disappointing and definitely not worth the price.

This place is a really good place to get a quick bite to eat! Let’s not mention the nice, beautiful young lady who made our food!! Sam I think her name was, she is amazing in all aspects of the word!!!! Will definitely be back!!!!!!

Terrible Service — Manager Kennedie Has the Worst Attitude

I’ve never written a review here before, but this experience deserves one. The manager here, Kennedie, is absolutely horrible. The service was bad, and her attitude was even worse.

They messed up my order and made me wait an extra 15 minutes because they gave my food to someone else while I was standing there waiting. When I asked why the delay, there was no apology, no explanation — nothing.

I politely asked if there was anything they could do since I’d been waiting so long, and Kennedie snapped, “I ain’t no corporate, I don’t have to serve you. You can leave.” Completely unprofessional.

Later, I asked for a bit of mayo, and she said, “I ain’t got 5 hands,” then completely ignored me. It honestly felt like she deliberately gave me a subpar sandwich out of spite. This kind of behavior from a manager is exactly how businesses lose loyal customers.

On the other hand, James, one of the workers there, was the complete opposite — respectful, professional, and helpful. He knows how to de-escalate situations instead of making them worse, unlike Kennedie. If anything he should have been manager, he would’ve made a much better manager.

Beware — this place is being dragged down by bad management. I will never come here again.

The lady running the register is either not trained or doesn’t pay attention. My girlfriend clearly ordered a #2 with no mushrooms, the lady repeated it back as no onions. I ordered an Old School, make it a combo with Cajun cheese fries. Her order was correct, mine was not and I got attitude when I very politely let them know my order was wrong. She did indeed ring me up for the wrong sandwich altogether so that was on me BUT I wasn’t demanding or rude. They did remake my sandwich which was delicious but could have done without the attitude.

Trash bro. Food was trash for $20 I could of made that philly myself by the lack of effort the cook made this sandwich. Y'all need to hire a better cook or cut this man's hours.

Ive had Charleys Cheesestakes all over the place. Today Fayette mall was a total let down. My sandwich is dainty. Yes dainty. Not the 14$ sandwich I typically get. The grill and grill area was nasty. They all seemed to be on cloud 9 the cook was a older guy and man does he suck. He needs to learn to keep a clean work space. Not a good sandwich. My frys sat on. Top of the toaster for about 5 min along with several others. I should of asked for my money back.

Told my brother to get a small Old School Cheesesteak and small bacon and cheese fries, and it somehow totaled $19.59 for subpar food.

I understand that sometimes it’s a rush. But there is no need to be rude to customers when we are just simply saying we are missing multiple items. I ordered a kids meal and I was missing fire and a side of Oreos. I literally only got the wings. when I said I was missing the items the manger flip over the screen and got upset at us. Instead of getting us what we are missing she got upset at us. We didn’t leave until we got what we paid for .. but it’s the fact most of employees including the manger talked to us very rude, treated us rude, and the food wasn’t even all that for the price. Never going back
