Our server was great! But the hostess was one of the rudest young women I've ever come across, a great look as she was wearing a sweater with crosses all over it. And the food was awful! I eat Cheddar's all the time at home in Ohio and always love it, but at this location my food was bland, my brother's Monte Cristo had one slice of ham and one slice of turkey and my other brother's burger had burnt bacon and a long black hair. I will NEVER return to this location which is a shame because I grew up eating here.

Food was especially good this time around but it's always good food. Found my new favorite this time, country fried chicken with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. Topped the dinner off with the legendary monster cookie. Good times.

This place sucked, didn’t get service until 15min of waiting, waited ten minutes for our drinks and someone brought our appetizer out before we had our drinks and then our food didn’t come out until 55 minutes and when it did come out, food was cold and the guy didn’t even offer us dipping sauce. Just over all bad service, bad atmosphere, place sucks.

EDIT : THEY ASKED ME TO EMAIL THEM WHICH I DID several times. They sent 4 different emails and HAVE NOT CORRECTED THE ISSUES!!!!!!!! Potatoes are hard and raw fully uncooked in potato soup. Not even a half teaspoon of bacon in it. Chicken tenders hard as a rock. I went to website but it doesn't have option to contact management. It wouldn't work. They won't answer phone. Party of 8

My first Cheddar’s experience, courtesy of my fiancé and his family! This was a lovely introduction to this famous chain of restaurants. The prices were good, the food was delicious, and the service was lovely.
Our server was absolutely darling. This was after one of the snow storms in Kentucky, and they were out of certain menu items. He really went above and beyond by making awesome recommendations of what to get and putting one of the dishes ON THE HOUSE! We really appreciated such a kind gesture!
For appetizers we got their iconic Honey Butter Croissants, Homemade Chips & Queso, and the Loaded Fries. The croissants were fluffy and sweet and I can see why everyone raves about them. The chips and queso were soooo satisfyingly yummy and the loaded fries also hit the spot.
For my main, I got a Half Rack of Baby Back Ribs in BBQ sauce. My sides were mashed potatoes and fries. The ribs were very tender and definitely fall-off-the-bone. The sides were a nice compliment - I finished all of the mashed potatoes in one go!
My fiancé got the Ribs & Chicken Tenders Combo with a Baked Potato. He generously lended me a few bites of his tenders and baked potato, and it was delicious as well!
I happily took home leftovers for the next day. I can’t wait to return to try their famous Baked Potato Soup, and then some!
Parking: There is a large free parking lot connected to this location.
Kid-friendliness: A family-friendly restaurant for sure! Lots of families go here and they have big tables and booth seating options.
