“I want to give a huge shoutout to the crew working this evening. They had an impossible customer with a horrible attitude that attacked all of them. The manager was professional considering the long line and the chaos around her. She stood up for her crew while continuing to help the other customers. The impossible customer said they were going to contact corporate. I really hope that if she does, corporate sees this post and praises the manager with how well she lead her team. Please know you have a winning manager and crew at this location! Fayette Mall, Lexington Ky, Saturday 9/21 Evening Crew. Gold Star!!!!!“

“I keep trying to give you all a chance because the food is actually delicious but every single time I have ordered the order has been wrong. This time, the staff (including the red headed manager) were rude and the food took multiple hours when we were told 40 minutes. Do better! Or don't, I won't be back again and I'd say the 20 other customers who complained while I was there waiting, won't be back either! It's a darn shame, so much potential.“
