I went through drive through and my food wasn't ready.So no one said anything to me.Instead, they took care of everyone behind me, which was about six cars. When my food was ready, they didn't even say sorry for the weights of course, service.

So they rob you of a breakfast burrito and then tell you that can't give you a refund. You need to drive 30 minutes to have it replaced. No tour Dam n job and make sure the order is right

Not our normal Chick Fil a experience. Typically if there are 15 cars in line it would take 5-10 minutes. This trip took 30+ minutes. I see other reviews are very similar. We will go to Jimmy Johns next time. They also forgot one of our entrees.
dont get me wrong the food here is awesome and the people are nice. but i feel like every time i come here it takes FOREVER. easily the slowest chick fil a ive been tho. last time i came i asked for a grilled sandwich meal with soup instead of the fries and they charged me for two sandwiches and a soup and then gave that to me. save your time and peace of mind and go to another one.
The cashier NADIA was very rude and mean and racist to Asians !!!!!!! I won’t ever go there again. She has no patience, I had a very bad bad bad experience there!!!!! I even spelled my name out to her and she was talking to the cashier next to her the whole time not listening to me and put in my name wrong in purpose???
